IM marketing tools

Hi all,

I'm a .net developer looking for a new project....I've been researching and trying my hand at online marketing and have had some success.

After realising that the thing im really good at is coding, i'm looking for inspiration, ideas on what kind of tools fellow IMers would find usefull?

There are plenty out there already, but what i'm after is tools you've used that could be improved, tools that just dont exist but you wish did.......its up to yourselves.....
