Free traffic way: I might go for a sub-health niche.

Paid traffic way: I could go for a MMO or Weight Loss niche.

It's "Make Money Online," and the number of people who 'go for' that niche worries me.

What it tells me is that there is a far bigger audience for that information than can reasonably expect to actually MAKE money online.

Now me, I AM 'starting over,' or rather...just 'starting again.' I can't really justify going into the MMO niche, since I firmly believe that before one can teach something, one must already know how to do it.

With that in mind, I also wonder just how reliable any of the advice I get from the folks 'going for' the MMO niche is? How many have actually made money online..and just how circular IS that niche...people selling recycled stuff to each other?

        No...I'm not a bit bitter.

As for me, I'd like to find a niche that actually interests ME. I'm not out to get filthy rich, live in a mansion and drive million dollar cars. That stuff leaves me utterly cold. I have a good house. My car is a Kia that does precisely what I want it to do. I have more yarn than I know what to knit with. What do I want with a mansion that would take me all day to clean, anyway?

What I WANT to do is teach other people things that I know how to do...that will help them. What I WANT to do is to be able to afford the house and car I already own, and to afford to teach the stuff I know to people who would be interested.

Oh, yeah, and pay medical bills.

So...forget about MMO. What are the best niches for someone with slightly more modest goals than to rule the internet marketing world?

I've amassed a sizeable fortune by promoting affiliate products within the following markets for over 17 years, and wouldn't consider changing anything:

economics, health, medical, pharmaceuticals, diet and fitness, recipes, financial, real estate, technology, biotechnology, genetics, energy, art, fashion, jewelry, literature, architecture, engineering, history, ancient civilization, hobbies, biography, sociology, education, religion, philosophy, politics, criminology, security, sports, travel, aircraft, space exploration, agriculture, chemistry, physics, astronomy, cosmology, psychology, zoology, ecology, biology, archaeology, geology, oceanography, climatology, meteorology, mythology, occult, astrology, conspiracies, UFOs, end of the world catastrophes.

Why are people on this forum always starting over?

    Do you go bankrupt daily?

    What's the problem?

        Forex without a doubt.

        Financial anything really.

There is big money in teaching people with money how to make more money.

Survival/Preppers would be fun too. There is certainly money to be made, but I think it would just be a super fun nich to copywrite for. Constantly talking about the coming zombie apocalypse and what to prepare for. Would be too fun.

If I started again I would stay the h*ll away from the MMO niche... I found so much free, or cheap traffic in other very lucrative niches such as the relationship niches, and other lesser known ones that are very popular on facebook and IG.

MMO niche is great but you better have money for ads, be great at SEO, and deep knowledge of the game. It's a little bit competitive. ; )

MMO, the niche is very interesting but there are too much ppl in it... just watch youtube..
"make money online" everywhere... always with their squeeze page and their affiliate links...

The same song everywhere, when you know what is behind their strategy, it's boring...

I would definitely choose what I already chosen in the first place..that is the Fitness niche. And that's because it's something that I'm passionate about. I will work out for as long as i'll be capable of, so why not help others along the way too?

  • In the village I was born years ago there was only 1 fat sick person who died, now every years someone is dying and tons of them are fat. I was fat and sick almost died but an information product saved my life and I lost weight and I'm ever thankfully. I think fat and sick people like I use to be is a great market to get into and I'm thinking about trying that market next myself I just need to get a good product make like the few I purchased to learn how to loose weight without having to work out and not having time to do it (yup that is true by the way you can sit on you $#@#$@$ and loose weight).

I would say after weight loss the biggest market is making money. Everyone I know wants to be skinny and rich (few are). Sad but true (at least I think I might be wrong).

If you have had real success and can tell your Story then this can only be a positive. The product that saved your Life, does it have an affiliate program ?? That is a good way to get started or find a Product that is really similar that does have an Aff. Program .

Then it can become easy as you truly believe in it , and you can show the results first hand

Murray777 First of all...Never Chase Anything!

You won't catch it (what ever it is except for a virus).

A guy who chases after women look desperate and the women feel it (and repel him).

    Now about starting over...

I think this question has been asked too many times already. How does this serve you?

    Lastly...

Have you ever looked up the meaning of 777?

Your finding may be of interest (or maybe you will dismiss them altogether).

    All the best!

If you are successful in one niche, it is much easier and faster for you to become successful in any other niche than a newbie. What works in one niche almost always (but sometimes does not) works in another niche.

Choose a niche and do what you have to do; get a good product to promote and send quality traffic to the opportunity and you are game.

Every niche is successful until you give up trying to be successful in it.

There is no question it is a very profitable niche to be in.

But in all due respect ,why would you want that niche to be the one you started out in ?

For me, I would not trade anything for the Non- MMO niches I begin with as they allowed me to "cut my teeth" and properly prepare me for the MMO Niche.

I would be lost if I just started out with MMO Niche, and I would not have the experience or credibility to help people within it

We're trying a new niche in sports right now actually and it's going well. we're using a combination of free traffic through SEO and paid traffic through ultimatewebtraffic and traffmasters for several sites. So far, the results seems promising.

I wouldn't change a thing. Since late 2000, I have been promoting the same type of offers.

I heavily promote PPL (pay per lead) offers because there is no credit card required to complete an offer. All a user has to do is fill out a form to make money. So conversion rates are typically much higher.

I favor PPL offers that have some financial positioning...has a make, get or save money angle to them. This is what has overall work best for me, as they tend to have the greatest mass appeal. So the potential to produce high volume exists.

That's not to say I won't promote an offer that doesn't have the money angle or even regular cpa offers that require a purchase. But it has to mass appeal, not some tiny niche or it will like not work with my traffic.

A quick question, if you are still around. How much more difficult and how much more money would it take you to start 16 years later than you did, and how different are your chances of success today starting from the same position of no knowledge (as in loopholes were more prevalent and competition less stiff 16 years ago)?

If I had to start all over again, I would definitely start in the three niches that still makes the most money for both affiliates & information product creators today. Make money online. dating & relationships and weight loss. This is where I will find the top selling information products in these niches & promote them with paid advertising. It was and always will be the biggest money making niches.

as bike for me , I feel slightly different from car ...as car have different type of models etc

for bike is basically retro bike , small bike , big bike. that it.
