What is your FAVORITE Traffic Source?

We all know that to keep our business alive we have to drive traffic, that is inevitable!

However not all traffic is created equal...

So i am wondering what you use and why?

I personally run alot of SOLO ads, and run Facebook campaigns!

I find the Targeting capability on Facebook to be like no other platform out there right now!

Product Launches (no matter the size of the launch) and JV Backend Bonuses (you promote another product and the vendor adds your bonus to the thank you page - you add lots of buyers to your list).

        JV traffic (As mentioned above).

        FB ads even more though.

JV traffic can scale, but it's almost entirely out of your control to scale it.

FB ads can scale as long as you have budget (which you should have if you're doing it right). Click of a few buttons and your traffic expands.

        You gotta love that!

FB traffic has done wonders for me. I can stay in my budget, reach my target audience, and get leads.

For me, it would be creating content that is relevant to my market and re-purposing it into various forms (like articles, video, PowerPoint presentations, PDF documents) and sharing it across the necessary platforms.

For example, if I want to drive traffic to an offer in the dog training market, I might create an article/blog post called, "How to Stop Your Puppy From Chewing Shoes".

I would then turn that into a video and share it to YouTube, turn it into a PowerPoint and share it to SlideShare, etc.

Also, you can post your blog in targeted Facebook groups once you're an active member so it won't be spammy.

    Regards,
    Daniel

I like the part of posting a blog post in Facebook groups after being an active member. Just make sure it has to do with helping someone with a question or comment. Then it will not look spammy.

When I had the time but was low on money I focused on SEO. This is a good place to start for people who are just beginning in the IM industry.
As I got more experience and saved for a budget I started using PPC. Sure, at the beginning I lost some money but as the time passed and experience increased PPC became my favorite traffic source.

I dont have a favourite traffic source..

I believe you try and test different sources
of generating traffic and whatever works
best for you in your niche... you go with that.

i find live broadcasting such as periscope and
blab to be excellent sources as people get to see
who you are and can relate to you better.

But the important thing is to always provide
great value where it will help others and benefit
    them in their businesses,

SEO is my favorite long term strategy to get targeted traffic. On the short term, guest posting and Youtube marketing work well.

PPC is my favorite paid traffic source and while I don't get much traffic with it (I tend to use only targeted keywords only) I still use it on almost all websites I work on.

I drive traffic to CPA / PPL offers using email.

I acquire fresh/targeted data in that I know what the users are interested in and that there is a PPL offer that matches their interest. I generate real-time co-reg targeting specific PPL offers. I also buy aged data, but it's a bit more involved and requires some additional resources to send.

All the above is best suited for PPL on front-end.campaigns.

I`d prefer to be an active on Facebook groups because these are filled with targeted visitors and give you an opportunity to network with your industry peers as well as potential customers. And you can find as many groups as you want in any niche beside IM/MMO.

        Hey Dickson Harry.
Can you give an explanation why
we should not rely on social media
sites because I use these platforms
and I reckon they are a great source
        to gain extra traffic.

Can you please state why rather than

I believe this same question has been asked in many different variations over the week.

    Here is the thing...

If I told you that I get 'conversions' by using Bing.com, does this mean that if you go there you will experience the same results?

    Maybe or maybe not.

If you are getting good results with SOLO Ads, then keep using them. If you get good results with Facebook Ads, then keep using them.

I have heard some members (very small %) claim that TrafficVance is working for them.

Conclusion: Not all traffic is created equal however, not all traffic methods will work for everyone. I could go to facebook advertising and get murdered.

Just build a good niche website, choose your niche and keywords, search on Google using the same keywords, see the competing descriptions and meta..and compete.

Don't choose a niche that brings up top sites like Amazon or others on the first page, you cant compete, find a micro niche you can compete with.

With rare exceptions, my traffic source has always been exclusively through articles syndicated in online/offline publications. In my experience, it is unbeatable for directly driving massive quantities of laser-targeted and highly convertible trtaffic.

Facebook is my number one traffic source. I have found in the contractor niche that I can get really low cost per engagement. I have one campaign right now that has generated over 100 leads in the last two weeks for an average of $1.77 per lead. That is a low price to pay to have a interested customer that is potentially spending $4-10,000 on home improvement.

Social traffic would be my favorite pick. With all the influencer platforms popping up it is easy to get laser targeted traffic. Socialix is my main platform, and if I don't feel like paying constantly for traffic I buy established social properties from vendors like viralaccounts or fanpagecash. I used to use traffic providers in the past, but that train went down the hill. Even the big guys are declining on quality, and they're not cheap. You would need a huge ROI to make it worth your while (depending on your product / service that may be tough). But I am rambling off track Like I've said, nothing beats traffic from social sources, and my second best would obviously be from Google, but we all know how rocky that relationship can be
