Don't know how good it is, but you could try Gumtree, it's free.

It seems to vary according to what city you're posting to. So it's £4.95 for 30 days listing under "Services" in London, free for 120 days in Aberdeen.

You're right Lynn they're starting charging for some cities but some are still free. The bigger ones there is a charge now for. I guess it depends if you are willing to invest a little to advertise although might be worth posting on lots of the free ones to test.

Google Adwords may work for you depending on what you want to advertise. It will cost you some money though, quite a bit more than Gumtree!

Let's share our knowledge. Add me on Facebook :-)

Gumtree is by far the best for the UK. But, it depends what you are advertising, before placing an ad make sure you don't break the rules as they have a tendancy to block your email and not display your ads etc.

Also if you have £19.95 I would recommend a HOMEPAGE SPOTLIGHT ad, they draw in decent traffic! ; )

Hey there Recycle.

Depends on your offer!

Some to look at are: Vivastreet, Trader Magazine (online), Exchange and Mart (online).
