Default Autoresponder question

I would like to know if its possible to use a single autoresponder script/code on multiple sites.
Also, what happens to the list when an autoresponder subscription expires.

It probably depends if there is a license on the script allowing you to use it on more than one domain.

As far as an autoresponder subscription expiring, the list would eventually be purged by the service and then lost forever.

I'm not sure I fully understand you but I'll try.
If you mean you purchase a script and host yourself then you can put it on as many sites as you like. Alternatively if you mean off the shelf autoresponders like aweber, getresponse or emailaces then again you can have literally 100's of different autoresponders within your account. The difference is usually the cost - the more subscribers (in total) the more the autoresponder costs. Although it's relatively small increases and your income should cover it.

Yes, you can use the same autoresponder code on multiple sites if you want your subscribers to be on the same list.

I don't know what happens if your subscription to your autoresponder service expires but I assume that your account is disabled/deleted and your list as well.

Just for safety make a copy of your autoresponder lists. For example, Aweber will let you export your list (out of Aweber) as a .csv.
