For mini sites I prefer 40-50 pages (350-400 words) and 4-5 main categories You need atleast 10 pages of quality and original content |

What's the purpose of you mini site? If you're selling something expensive you may need a long one.. If you're offering something for FREE, then 1-2 page is just fine.. |

It depends on what you're using the site for, really. I have some sites that work well with 5-8 pages, while others have many more. Of course, the more quality content you include, the better off you will be. I don't think you can have too many pages. Good luck with your project! |

It depends how you define a "minisite" If you are just making a salesletter website to sell one product, than a few pages would be fine. If you are using the term to define a small site about a topic, then obviously more pages would be needed. I don't think there is any rule that must be followed for a mini site as far as number of pages go. You have as many pages as you need to make the sale or to give the user the best content you can. |

I use my minisites for making money with adsense. I use to start with around 7 pages and then slowly ad more pages to it.

There's no limit to the number of pages you should have on a minisite, so it just depends on what you're ultimate goal will be. If you intend on making it main site one day, then continue to periodically add good content. Otherwise 5-20 pages are more than enough for minis.

It depends on what kind of business you're creating. For a minisite I'd go with 9-15 pages. Then you want to start promoting you website a bit to get enough traffic to get an impression of whether the niche you are in is converting for you. Creating more pages on something that might not even fly can easily become a waste of time. Just my two cents |
