Any other consumer protections out there?

I have a site where I have background checks on internet products and am wondering if there are other consumer complaint people I can check in with? I currently use Better Business Bureau and Rip off Report but would like to expand it by a few more...ideas welcome, thanks rjw
btw really interesting the bad trail that some marketers leave behind them, and encouraging that its really so few.

Most towns in Europe have a politician with responsibility for consumer affairs and most countries have a consumers ombudsman - have you tried contacting the consumers department for New Zealand?
