Default Click Bank and Internet etiquette rules

I am going to place my product onto click bank.

And I really want to make sure that I give affiliates every tool and all the things that I can to keep them promoting my product.

All obvious so far.

Now - if I put the same product out there at the same price but not through click bank, do I break anyones rules? rules of internet etiquette?

And being that it is my own product can I repackage it and call it something new and sell it under a different guise?
again without breaking some etiquette rule?

naturally all above board and fair and honest.

If I am going to be online for many years I am wanting to nurture good relationships from the very beginning.

And I do also believe that most of the good marketers belong to this forum.

so - experienced warriors please give me your best advice.

thanks.

Hey Rob

There are a few people who do this.. although I believe there was an anti-virus merchant who got booted from CB for this..

There are a few who hold it on CB and also have an internal affiliate program. I can't remember the name of the merchant who got booted, I use to promote them, too.

Peace

Jay

I don't know if it breaks any rules at clickbank, you better email them to double check. But I have seen people do this as Jay mentioned. The way I see it done is like this.

You have site 1 at domain.com

then you have site 2 at domain.net

Same site, same product. You definetely want to charge the same price if you do this.

I am thinking of doing this with my new product. First I'll submit to clickbank and if they don't have a problem with it I may set up a copy of the same site and product with paydotcom. I will give same commission of course. I'm still not sure if I want to do this but am thinking about it.
