Help wanted for "being seen"!

Hi.
I been checking out internet marketing for over a year now.
I've read, I've bought, I've studied, I've learnt.
I've just joined a program that I actually believe will deliver the goods.....I've blanked!
I can not get my head to find a way to promote this opportunity!
I've very little finances, but I do have a couple of hours a day.
Where / What / How is my best angle for "getting seen"?

(Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I have all the nessesary excuses of a Newbie!)

I'm just staring out myself, but if you've joined a program, it should have step by step instructions. Take your time and go through each step.

If you try to rush through, you'll probably end up with a mess that needs to be tightened up. This could get overwhelming and discourage you.
