Confused With PLR License Terms

Hey guys!

I have a very important question regarding PLR Licensing terms.

Let's say i want to sell this product: http://www.idplr.com/89-videos/fiverr-blueprint.html

Can i charge a monthly subscription fee to my members instead of and upfront payment fee on that product if I choose to sell it this way? Should any user pay me the monthly membership fee, they may view the product online as many times as they want.

Here is where my confusion comes in, this product says : [NO] can be given away for free.

Technically, Im not giving this product away for free since users have to pay me a monthly subscription fee. But once they have membership access by paying the subscription fee, they can access this product for free.

So my question is, given the circumstance am I breaking any of the terms of the license terms here?

    As far as the technicality goes, I don't see why you can't offer that product without there being an issue.

    After all, they still have to pay in the first place to get access to the whole product, am I right?

    Just tell them exactly what you want to do, and ask if that's allowed.

        The terms are clear - you can SELL the videos but you cannot GIVE them away.

        The bigger question for me is this:

        It appears this is a free product. Either that or you gave the link to a download page. Can you take a free product and turn it into an ongoing monthly subscription payment? Have you done searches to see how widely distributed these videos are?

    Yes, you can do what you want. It is right in the license terms:

    [YES] Can be added into paid membership websites

     That is what you are talking about. Putting it on a member site and charging a monthly fee for access.
