RSS Feed Validator

I asked a question similar to this but fixed one part of the error and am left with the following error when I am trying to validate my feed.

This feed does not validate.
line 12, column 16: lastBuildDate must be an RFC-822 date-time: [help]
<lastBuildDate></lastBuildDate>
I won't be back online till tomorrow but I am hoping someone can answer this for me. How can I fix this? Also, I am using wordpress on my own domain. I went in and changed my date time to an RFC-822 standard. I resubmitted my sitemap today and it may not have been crawled...woul that be an issue? I don't know what to think.
