Crying : Need Help With Email Aces!

Hi Celente

I've never used email aces, but if you look carefully there should be a help file somewhere on site, otherwise you will need to contact the helpdesk there for advice
Best place to go.

ok thanks for you help but I know that there is a trick with code like this

%firstname_fix%

grrr this is so annoying, is there any good tutorials out there...email aces site is a dud for this info i have been searching for the last 20 mins...

anyone have any clues? please help?

Hi Celente,

YOu have one part already;

%firstname_fix% will display the firstname, and
capitalise it too. You can also lop off the _fix to
use the firstname verbatim.

I agree about the lack of help in our email aces
accounts, there appears to have been very little
development since I signed up some years ago.

Glen you are a godsent much appreciated...just to clear it up....

%firstname_fix% will display the firstname,

and then I can use use something like = firstname, here is your free video = in the subject line???

is this correct?
