Quality free WordPress plugin for creating squeeze page?

Are there any good quality free WordPress plugins that allow you to create a squeeze page with an email opt-in box? I don't mean a pop-up box which has an opt-in box. I mean an opt-in box actually on the page itself.

I've Googled, but even the highest rated plugins have a lot of 1 star reviews, complaining about things such as the load time, having to buy templates to use it, etc...

    Why not use a page builder to create your squeeze page. Something like Ninja Sales Pages. You can google it.
