Images, Videos on Landing Pages and MNS's

So my question is short and simple and i really need some precise clearance on this one.

Lets say your making a landing page to promote a hair product.
Questions:

Can I use the same images/videos that they use to promote their hair product?
Can I use the same images/videos that someone else is using to promote the product?
Can I use any embed youtube video regarding the product? (reviews, overviews posted from someone else)

In both cases what do i need to provide in order to stay on the legal side
Copyright note?
Link to original?
Watermark who made it?

Or as long as i am promoting their product or in the second case linking back to the same image video its completly fine?

Example:

Creating a good design with bunch of reviews,
embedding this video: and adding amazon affilete link?
The video will have watermark of their website and it will link back to their own youtube video. So this is completly okey?

Thanks.

Check with the vendor/creator of the product and see what they allow. Some vendors will let you use anything they have, and some are a little more picky.

Well thing is if you plan on creating 50+ landing pages daily that thing can make your business A LOT harder

      What could potentially happen?
I mean i am sure its not like ILLEGAL, but even in worse case scenario why would someone don't want me to use it if I bring traffic to them?

Well, there are some vendors that don't allow affiliates using all their graphic materials. Even more, they can withdraw payment (if you're an affiliate) and ban you from their network. So make sure to check before starting the business.

hmm alright thank you for your input guys, what about embed youtube video reviews from other people? Not from the product itself.
Because I can understand why vendors wouldn't allow people to use all their materials, but embeding is like getting your video promoted for free.

If you are promoting amazon affiliate links I am quite sure you can always use the actual article photograph that's on amazon. It's def allowed.

Else, I would go with pics licensed for reuse - if you type your search term and select images then click on search options you can filter by license.

As for youtube, I don't think there can be any restrictions on what yt video you embed on what page.

I'd go with - the promo material you get from vendor
          - images found on google licensed for reuse

Why would you want to use the same pictures that other affiliates are using anyway? Stand out! Make your landing page better than theirs, not a clone ...

            WOW nice replay.
I get what your saying but the its only one reason why I would want it, POV images. Like quality images from the actually product. And ofc I don't have the resources to buy each product myself
