Copying article without premission!

Hi Warriors

I noticed recently that some guy copied my article without premission to own site and beside of that he didn't wrote source indication in the end of that article.

What things I can do in this situation? I don't want to rush and make bad decisions. Any suggestions?

    Amir,

    Send him an email and advise him that you require a link back to your site. See his response first then take if from there. Maybe he has outsourced his work and he is not aware that it is duplicate (yea i know, not likely)

    I found a few times where my articles were used without my permission or proper credit. Since they came from Ezinearticles, they can use them but they are supposed to use my name and link.

    I just emailed them and asked them to use my name and link or remove it. In every case, they removed it.

    Got to agree with everyone else, send them an e-mail and ask for a link or have them remove the article.

    As long as I'm getting a link back or the credit as the author of the work, and it's not an article that I have charged for, then I'm fine with the free publicity.

      It is very difficult to take legal action against this person, especially if they are from a different country. Maybe could just get in touch with them and ask them to remove your article from their site.

    Yes, I agree too. I don't like to go and sue someone if it is needed it will cost only lots of efforts, money, time and might not end in good result to both parties.
