Why Do I Keep Failing

Hi Guys,

Sorry for the title you are probably so sick of hearing, I have been watching this forum for so long and have learned a lot, I have took a lot of action gave most things about 3 months minimum... 6 years on no results $1000s spent on PPC, solo ads, hosting, domains...

I know some people just can't make it work but I am determined, now i am so low on cash and can't even get jobs on Upwork.

So what am I up to just now - Health/Fitness site - spent $100 on ads to my landing page, not one conversion. I have shown landing page to solo ad person for his premium list and he says my landing page will do well.

As no subscribers the paid offers arent getting seen.

Can anyone help, losing my motivation.

Thanks
Michaela

Take a break from Internet marketing.

Get a job for awhile, then come back (without quitting your job) when you have had some time to let your head clear.

Work IM part time and set up something that interests you.

If you have failed for this long, don't keep digging the hole deeper - there is no sign you're going to win soon until you change what you're doing. You need a break.

Getting a job is well in place, taking a break is not an option for me. By now, you have learned a lot, you should know where you are or have been going wrong.

What you need is cash and you go make the correction, get a job and go to work!

I have had breaks during the period and then i get hyped up about a blog post i have read and desperate to try it. I am hardy I hate failing lol...

I guess its my spirit that has kept the fire a light. The thing is if u ask me a question I can probably answer it, but when i put into practice it's as if i dont have a clue.

    Thanks for your advice,

Clearly, what you are doing is not working. When the product is not resonating with the market, it is either the wrong product, the wrong market or the wrong method of marketing.

For newbies, it is often all three.

As Steve said, pull back now and clear your head for a while so you can attempt some postmortem analysis objectively.

My advice to people in your situation is usually make sure you understand that the internet is not your customer. The internet has no money, no desires and no needs. You can't follow some formula to success that makes the internet work for you.

Instead, make sure you are targeting the needs and desires of real people, preferably those with disposable income. Figure out what they want but are not happy with their current options for. Make (or do) it better, then figure out where they are and present your alternative to them there.

People who *work hard* to present something *of real value* that is *unique and genuine* and can get it *positioned properly to their market* are much more often rewarded than those who do not do *all* of those things.

As people have mentioned before me in this thread, you need to take some time off from internet marketing in general and just clear your head.

After that, I suggest you spend some time to just figure out what kind of business you really want to build online.

It has to be something you can see yourself doing long-term (and I don't mean 3 months).

Get your head straight, then just take things slow.

    Regards,
    Daniel

Sorry to hear that... but I've been there done that. You are not alone and life is meant to be forward so let's proceed forward. Learn from our mistakes, improve and get better and better.

Getting traffic to your landing page is not enough even if you spend thousands of $$$.

What I have proven to really work is to always bring the right product/ service / offer in front of those people who NEED that particular product/ service / offer.

If your landing page have a very high conversion rate, you can make a lot if you continuously drive there the right traffic... "buyers traffic" that is.

Hm..what do you mean by "6 years on no results"? Are you saying that you've never made any money? Or that you've never made any profit? Or that you've made some money but not satisfied with the amount?

It seems to me that you're trying to build a Health/Fitness authority site but you're not succeeding. Creating an authority site in that niche is somewhat hard because there are lots of very good sites catering to that market. It's not impossible but you need to provide very interesting content daily and then you need to market it all around the web and that is not easy! It takes either hard work or investment. If you want to pursue this goal you need to step back and make a real plan. How will you create something interesting that will attract people? You need to create viral posts but no stupid stuff, you need useful stuf! Post daily and market it all around. If you do the things the right way only later can you expect to pay others to do the work while you enjoy profits. Think about this way of making money and don't waste time if that's not really what you like doing.

Every way of earning money online has its rules. You must enjoy the rules of that specific way of making money if you want to be persistent and have fun. Otherwise it will all be just hard work.

I suggest you find 5 ways of making money online. Do a proper research on what each model will require in order to be a success. The one that you see as a sweet chalenge for yourself and you feel like you would be very, very happy to see it happen - go for it.

You must enjoy that way of making money you choose. I still remember when I made first 2$ on Amazon. I realized I could multiply and make more. I was so happy. I still have that feeling when I put something on the net which I know will add few dollars to my account..

You need that feeling of earning money with something...then just work and multiply!

In order to make money online you always need to give people what they want. People who play games - give them interesting games related offers. People who like health? Give them health products! Where are those people? They are on Google or Bing or Yahoo! Where else? They are on Facebook and Twitter and Instagram! Where else? They are on very popular blogs and websites! You need to jump in front of them and give them what they want!

You think this sounds good but you don't believe it? Listen, how am I making money? I know that so many people go to Google every day. I know they are researching some products. If my website is in front of them when they do a search for a product and I'm giving them info they need - some will buy and I will make money. Go where people are on the net and give them what they need! Give them what they really need and you will last! Want another example?

This forum attracts lots of people who want to make money online? I've been online for the last 10 years and making some money. How can I make more money? I can show people who don't know how to put something online and earn money how to do it! People will rather pay me to show them how to do it than spend couple of years losing nerves while trying and going up and down. You see? If you put in front of the people what they need and you really give them what they can use - you will make money!

Make a plan! Make sure you have that feeling of happines with the way of making money you intend to pursue! Take action! Earn some money. Multiply. It can be done but you need to find that small way of making money that you can grow bigger and bigger.

Can you share in detail what you have tried? We get it, you've tried several things.. perhaps that's the problem, I typically recommend people sticking with 1 traffic source until they find success..

can you share details on what you've tried? what types of campaigns? traffic sources? targeting? offers? etc? etc? the more details we have, the more we can help..

I can guarantee you that you can build a website and have traffic to it within 7 days for less than $50.

    Here is what you do:

Settle on a niche that you know something about and can provide value in.
Ensure the niche is "social-friendly" (ie. nothing embarrassing)

Build a website and publish maybe a dozen or so pieces of content.
Ensure the branding graphics look professional
Vary your content (articles, lists, tips, photos, videos, etc)

Build a Facebook page and ensure the branding matches your website.
Ensure your profile pic and over photo both look professional

Share a half-dozen of your website posts on your Facebook page.
Make sure every shared post shows up with an image and a call to action in the blurb that shows up under the image.

Run a "Like" campaign on Facebook and target people in your niche.
Target people who like pages similar to yours and who like magazines in your niche
With proper targeting, you can get US-based fans for under $0.10 each.
Run your campaign until you have at least 1000 fans (the more the better)
A $5/day budget should suffice - run the campaign as long as you can afford to

    Drive Traffic
Publish a few pieces of content to your website per week and share them on your Facbeook page. Traffic will follow.

    Monetize Traffic
After establishing a relationship with your fans, you can begin marketing to them and collecting emails.

The strategy above works EVERY TIME. It is based on EXPERIENCE, not theory. I use it any time I launch a new brand or online presence - I now run about a dozen.

By following the steps above, you can have a website up and running - with traffic - in less than a week.

That is fabulous advice. In fact, I built a Subscriber list of 300 people just by starting a new website and sharing EVERY new image every single day on Pinterest. Lots of free traffic there. Awesome stuff.

A little trick here, I always boost a post, get cheap (1 cent) engagement from countries, India, Kenya...so you can easily have thousands of "likes" first and then turn that same post (with the engagement) into an ad. Once we do that we can change the targeting and put it in front of people who are likely to perform an action (click, convert, etc.).

      My 2 cents...

One method that worked REALLY WELL for me was to keep a journal

I would focus on one project at a time.

I then documented the steps I went through.

I listed out what I DID and what I EXPECTED.

I then compared this information with the RESULTS I got.

Using this documentary approach, I was able to troubleshoot my efforts and produce better results.

I would then try to improve on certain parts of the process....

And try to create a SYSTEM. This final piece is the CLINCHER.

Hi Everyone thanks you so much for your responses,

I started with an Ann Summers ECommerce site, Made about $50 in the whole year, was trying to get traffic from twitter, Reddit, StumbleUpon, added a blog to it got few guest posts and before I quit I spent $100 on PPC (AdWords, which was difficult in this niche)

I have tried building niche sites in different niches, this was back in 2013, built to sites while trying to follow the Google Sniper course. Spent bout 6 months on them.

2014 - Started freelancing as web designer made $300 but struggled to get any traction to get clients, this $300 was one client and they kinda put me off so much, they were arrogant and no matter what I did it was never right, I was getting the website checked before passing to them for approval, just to check if it was my design skills but everyone says it was great just not client.

During this time I had a blog on web design/blogging and realised I love learning about IM and writing these types of articles but as I wasn't having luck, chose to leave IM/MMO blogging niche.

This year I thought I'd try a Health/Fitness authority niche site and the info I posted in OP is what I have done so far...

I have made occasional money as you see bt never enough to even break even.

    Thanks
    Michaela

Reddit, SU, etc are all ways to get "traffic" but none of them are looking to "buy" anything. Spending $100 on AdWords sin't enough enough to really TEST anything, let alone succeed.

You said you got into IM/MMO. Why? If you aren't succeeding yourself, how are you ever gonna help anyone else? You are now in Health/Fitness. What do you know about it? You are impacting people's health with your advice so be sure you know what you are talking about.

If you follow what I wrote above - to the "T", you WILL have an established brand/website inside of a month. The keys are consistency and branding. Your site and brand have to look legitimate and you have to consistently publish and consistently grow your fan base.

If you don't know how to market effectively on Facebook, hire someone who does. If you aren't good with graphic design for branding, hire someone who is.

I haven't seen good solo ads for the health and fitness niche. You should build an email list, but first get out of that large niche. Dominate PPC by going into how to grow red roses niche, for example. Don't compete against juggernauts in these large niches. It doesn't make sense financially.

    Hey there,

I feel your pain Michaela, I can hear you're frustrated and desperate for some clarity.

This thread's got a lot of great replies so far, and it's all solid advice that's also helped me with some new perspectives on this subject. Just to build on what's already been said, you need to
    1) find the right product,
    2) target the right audience and
    3) give them the right pitch.

That's essentially what it's about, regardless of the industry or whether it's online or offline. If things are stuck, money is going out and not enough business is coming in, and you're struggling just a little too much, then at least one of those elements needs adjustment.

Speaking of offline, I'm curious Michaela: have you considered trying some offline solutions to generating revenue? I know there's lots of money to be made online, but it's fairly risky and expensive, especially when you're not confident with what you're doing. There are LOTS of creative ways to get a nice recurring income of $2000 - $3000 / month that don't involve working online whatsoever.

(I mean, consider the fact that big commerce continues even in countries and communities that have little to no internet exposure. )

If you're interested, I'll gladly suggest some super-affordable WSOs that can open your mind to awesome ideas to make money off the Internet. (And I'll see if I can think of any ideas for you that are Health / Fitness specific.)

First and foremost, failing at one thing does not mean that you're failure. Congrats that you've tried, you've learnt somethings, you've learnt what may not work.

It's hard for anyone here to tell you why you've "failed". Take some time before spending more money and time to reflect. Seek, Pray.

I have two speculations that may be a possibility:
    (1) Shiny Object Syndrome: too often people move on to the next new thing at the cusp of their tipping point to results.
    (2) Strategy: Have you checked your niche competition? Have you considered how you would achieve your goals? What steps do you need? Focus on the present and have foresight for the future.

It could simply be that internet marketing and making money online isn't for you.

Something that struck me when reading your post is, the niche you've chosen is highly competitive. People looking for products/solutions in that niche have been hit so often by so many that it's hard to penetrate. That niche is also well-known for being loaded with scams, so they are a tough sell.

Maybe the idea of taking a break isn't such a bad one. My recommendation is try to find something that is less competitive for awhile. See if your techniques/knowledge works on a more open to buy public. You may find that it's the crowd you're selling to and you just haven't penetrated. In which case, you would need to decide whether you have the wherewithal to pursue it.

If you try something less competitive and it still doesn't get better, I would say the techniques you're using aren't very effective.

Point is, try to pinpoint the reason for failure. If you do that, you'll know what to correct. But taking a break may be a good thing to do first, so you're more objective.

Guys this is fabulous I can't thank you all enough, you have got me motivated to start. I think health and fitness is a tough niche only reason I chose was because I'm a PT offline - although when you do it all day then come home and do more its a bit draining.

I think ill go back to the drawing board and take on board these great tips? I have been looking at niches today and I don't think there is a low competition one lol... Looked at woodworking... but don't know how could get videos as most of competitors have good videos. Also looked at cat niche but after small keyword research doesn't seem like a great amount of searches.

I'm going to get digging... Low competition on serps with -> "keyword" lower than 50,000 pages is that a good level or still too high?

Thanks guys for picking me up , you guys rock!

Stop worrying about keywords. I run a "pet" site. The Facebook page has over 2000 fans that cost me less than $0.06 each. Every post I make to my website (and share on the Facebook page) sees upwards of 100 pageviews - and generates AdSense income / Amazon Sales / Clickbank sales.

    Keywords are not everything.

I figured that you mean't physical therapist. First thing that popped into my mind was 'Paratrooper' but then nah. Had to be therapist.

Well someone above kind of called you a 'hopper'. And you know what rhymes with that right?

You say you are a PT.

So IM is just like a PT.

You have to take steps that get you educated, then you have to apply that education in the form of 'practical experience'.

What would happen if you treated your PT career like this...hopping around trying to see what will work?

    You wouldn't have succeeded right?

IM is the very same process. Sure the exact steps and education is different but overall...

You first learn, then you take action and the results come as your skills improve.

But nothing will happen if you hop around all over the place.

You obviously have the desire to succeed online.

You need to have relentless perseverance. Even when you are down and out, keep pushing. As long as you have a good method to make money with.

The guy who invented Dyson vacuum cleaners dealt with ridiculous amounts of rejection, but kept at it and got his break.

No trait is more crucial in business than persevering.

Just a follow-up to my earlier post.

I just published a small post (fewer than 100 words) to my pet website this afternoon and shared it on the corresponding Facebook page, which has 2100 fans.

A few hours later, the Facebook share has been seen by over 800 people and has driven close to 100 page views on the website, along with several AdSense clicks. The Facebook post has been re-shared several times as well.

The initial post to my website took 10 minutes to create.

The strategy I outlined earlier in this thread is stupid easy to follow.

A lot of people struggle to make money online for a VERY long period of time and has always felt it was someone else who was supposed to make it happen for them. We go around blaming EVERY possible person or thing we could for the reason as to why we keep failing over and over again.

However, when you really dig down to the root of the problem, you find out that you are the very cause of the problem.

Anybody making decent money online today started sometime ago at level zero. [zero dollar online]. They all started somewhere and has been able to overcome these three (3) fundamental flaws keeping them from making money online.

Buying Online Courses Without Taking Action

Courses are not meant to be read over and over without ever taking any action. If you buy a new course or training, find something you feel comfortable with and get to work.

Test and tweak things as you go. Learn by doing instead of just trying to find that “secret” you feel is buried in the course somewhere. And before you go on to something else, make sure to finish and IMPLEMENT the course to the last detail.

It fails to amaze me how how many of us jump from one course to the other without completing the one we have at hand. Stick to one course or training and follow it thoroughly until you see desirable results.

    Working Without A Good Mentor

Get a mentor! Isaac Newton once said that “I am successful today because I stand on the shoulder of successful people”. It’s the duty of a good mentor to guide you and help you get to where you need to be in your online business. However, the key word here is guide. You still need to do the work. Isn’t that what good mentors and coaches do? They teach you the proper way to do something and it’s your job to execute.

You might think that every mentor that work with you is just out there to screw you over. You might get used to never taking action and complaining all the time thinking that would get them to do it for you. If you’re currently doing these things right now, you need to wake up and snap out of it because it’s really destroying your chance of succeeding.

Always be willing to listen and learn new things. You should learn something different from every mentor you’ve had and each time you take action on their advice, you will always and definitely add more to your bottom line.

    Giving Up Too Soon

When things don’t work out the way we had envisioned, the lazy part of us tends to give up way too soon and move on to the next available thing to keep up busy without knowing that it takes both patience and perseverance to achieve any notable and long lasting result in your online business.

But, once you overcome all odds and start making money online, there is always a sense of fulfillment that comes from knowing that you were among the few who will stop at nothing live the life of their dream.

Michaela, you mentioned you are trying to build a "Health/Fitness authority niche site".

Health/Fitness is not a niche. It's a huge multibillion dollar a year market with thousands of niches. Not even the the big-dollar publishing companies take aim at the whole market with a single publication, and certainly not with a single person trying to run it.

You said you were a "PT"? Physical Therapist? Personal Trainer?

Think over your work days. Is there a particular type of client that gives you more satisfaction than others?

Maybe your sweet spot is helping new mothers lose the baby weight. Or helping seniors stay fit and active. Whatever. The point is, that kind of group is a niche you can tackle and hope to win.

Figure out your niche (i.e., the group of people that you most happily serve) and follow Wolf's simple, but powerful, plan. See if that still drains you at night...

Spot on, I think you are absolutely right! Not taking action and not working with a good Mentor. And in some cases you may even have a good mentor but simply do not push yourself enough to do the things you know you should be doing, otherwise known as lack of discipline! Biting more than you can chew, lack of focus so to speak and spreading yourself all too thin, procrastination etc, reasons are numerous!

You said you're losing your motivation. Maybe find something that you enjoy doing that can be monetized. I'm pretty sure that a lot of what you tried didn't work because you didn't stick with one thing long enough to get good at it. You need to get good at something and in order to get good at something you have to suck at it for awhile until you get good, which is why I recommend you find something you enjoy doing that can be monetized.

I think that this is problem everyone got from time to time.

Best solution is probably to continue, learn and do not expect fast results.

And by fast results I mean sometimes also longer period with no results (mainly in the beginning).

Ups I pressed return too soon.

Ok a few thoughts, one is are you in the right place right now?

I believe internet marketing can knock you back quite a bit as I too have been where you are today.

You believe you have the right page, the right offer, you do everything the gurus tell you to do and them bam nothing.

That gives you a beating for sure

The other thing though is that if you are looking to get yourself out of a hole, it is not the best industry to be in. Why?

Because we are told that you can make money overnight, thus when we have bills to pay we think ok I gotta just do this and this and my rent will be covered.

you "waste time" doing all these things, invest money and then you don't get an ROI, so you think if I spend a bit more.

Then you get deeper in debt - again I speak from experience on this one.

So I think as others have said get a job, you need that to pay the bills, take a break from IM and then devise a plan so you can come back and take some action.

To me, and I wrote a thread about this, this is the main problem, people have no sort of plan in place, so they actually don't know what they are doing

I wish there was a "like" facility on individual posts because so many people here have said so many great things. As someone who has earned between -$2000 and +$20000 in a month from IM I've experienced highs and lows (and I'm at a low now).

My current strategy to dig myself out my current hole is to use data.

Work out what is profitable and ditch those things that aren't. Then boost those those things that are profitable. Just make a profit, even if it's just $10.

That's my two cents worth of advice!

    Dear Michaela M,
like others I would have to agree with Steve B. Sometimes we need to remove ourselves to see what it is we are looking at. When you are 'in it' it is hard to see what it is that is missing, or what you are doing wrong. I know it sucks and I feel your frustration, but you have all that behind you as experience that you could be leveraging.
I like your enthusiasm and that is half the battle won. Most people who are successful have done so because they don't give up. But I would have to agree with you in the sense that giving up on continuing to throw your money away is actually a good thing.
Sometimes when we take a holiday things just work out by themselves. I am not saying to take a holiday, but take a holiday from your internet marketing ventures and just don't think about it for a while.
Sometimes this is helpful for you to refresh and look from a new perspective. Everyone takes breaks so don't be so hard on yourself. And it may not be that you are doing anything wrong, but perhaps you are not lining up with the right nice, people, etc.
Take a break and then start fresh with wanting new ideas.
What kind of niches do you like? What is your interest, because that will help you through the down times. Perhaps you have been trying that already, maybe try a niche that is different but one you can relate to.
I don't know much about you but from what I read here, you are someone who tries and gives it your best. You just need to line up with the right people and programmes.
Perhaps you might like to start a blog. People think that it is hard and yet you can blog about how much you have learnt in the last six years and eventually leverage that. Just an idea. Hope this helps.-Jennifer

Hey man, have you considered looking for a mentor who is already successful with IM?

I would also say if you haven't had any results in that time period, its a high chance your strategies are wrong. The IM is a easy way to easily generate income aslong as you have a strategy to get it done.

What type of IM are you doing or if more than one which ones? I personally like blogging it helps you monetize you traffic in many different ways and people love to get information about their niche. I would say choose a nice you like. Learn about it and teach or talk about it. If you don't have anything to sell exactly look for affiliate programs that you can advertise on your site that relate to your niche.

    Hopes this helps,

    Hi Folks

    Thanks For Everything...

So I have taken advice and trying to something i am passionate about, I have kids but parenting is a huge nich so took it down to a certain issue in this niche, found a high gravity product on clickbank.

Created blog/registered domain/hosting and installed theme

Writing content aiming for 12 posts like wolf mentioned, also set up a facebook page, which i will add too.

One thing i will say is I have a bit of fear with FB ads as I lost a lot of money already this way, but if you don't try I suppose you will never know, or improve.

That is where I am at just now...

    Cheers guys!

Wow! You've been really determined if you didn't give up after 6 years of almost no results

There are many things to be said, but first of all I would suggest to be very careful where you invest your money. Instead of paying someone 100$ for an email or two to a list that you know nothing about, try to get in touch with other bloggers in the fitness niche...do guest posts for each other, social media exchanges and so on...which is free.

I have a list with some great fitness blog at the link below. I hope that helps!

You need careful with PPC. It works with rich guy or you are PPC expert. I lose more than $1k last year and return with $300 profit .
You need to start with social media first: Facebook group, fan, Pinterest, Instagram.
During this time, use SEO to get traffic.
Make the real plan and follow it. This works need time and your patient.

Never to give up is the perfect niche for you

Sometimes being transparent about your journey is rewarding. Try writing about that struggle and see how you can contribute to all the others marketers that are still in a struggle to make their first $ online. For me it was different since the first money I earned was without me knowing much about IM 9 years ago. I had a forum which had 10 000 members and somehow i stumbled upon Adsense, and just put it there. It brought me the first check for 130$ and that was the time when i knew IM is possible.

The best blogs and techniques are always based on personal experience which you have a lot. See if you can write about that, and maybe just that will bring you some nice money in near future.

Hope you don't give up soon so we can read about it,

Seriously, starting an online business always gets us through tough situations but never lose heart as always believe what you are doing would be best and you can do it even it takes time. Do some experiements, take feedbacks from the senior peers and keep on improving the user experience of your landing page. Ultimately it will start giving you click throughs from your visitors. See which visitors land and where do they go. Hopefully you will do good. All it takes is patience.

I cannot believe that you have spent so much time & not able generate income.

I would not advice you to stop IM as you have invested so much but suggest you to go back to basic & focus on one strategy which you feel will work for you. It is not necessary that the strategy which works for others may work for you as well.

Identify your target market for the product you are selling.

People will buy when you provide value to them.

You can not simply follow what people told you to do, MMO is not easy like that, you have to use your own brain to think and do, it means *** IDEA *** , ex: selling T-shirt, many people already become millionaire but most ppl can't earn even 1$, the key here is very simple their t-shirt is awosome (not just copy or modify from someone else)

Hi! Why do you keep Falling? Because you keep trying! That's amazing the key, now you have to find the door. First I would like to congratulate you for your determination! You say you spent so much time and so many money, so I am sure you have a ton of experience by now, even if you are not seeing the results you want, I would like to know more details, in order to help you more, but so far I can give you an advice. If you aren't, try to send your traffic to your own landing page, so you can see where is the traffic coming from, countries, interesting data that will show you for example, if the visitor even take the time to read your tittle. Second, try to check the offer your are promoting, with that budge spent on PPC and zero results I would check everything to be honest, even the simplest things like the links. Once again having your own landing page help you detect problem like, if for some reason, your are getting mostly mobile visitors when you are not even optimized for it. After rechecking everything and probably changing your offer or product, try to create a social media awareness, think out of the box here and take a different approach, nobody is looking for products spammed on a wall, try to create content for your audience, answer questions they would make or something like that ( this works great and its free, well almost, it will costs you time). BUT MORE IMPORTANT: take a break or not, that's your choice, but you are doing great! Don't lose motivation because of you keep working on it there is NO WAY you can't get what you want, I failed for years my self so I know it can be hard some times and frustrating but like you I was determined to find a way to make it work. So don't lose you mind here, just relax, re-check, re-launch your campaign and the next time you will be asking how to celebrate your success Have a great day! See you around

People fail mostly because of their expectations. Mostly they "try" things instead of doing them. They read something where someone had success and try that rather than figuring out if what they want to do is something others also want.

If you are really committed to weight loss, you'll need something unique as a way to market it. If you are not committed to that, stop doing it and find something you really like and can make your own through your own work.

On thing I think everyone in your shoes should do is show us your site and tell us more about what you have done. Some times it can be something very little that you are doing wrong or something you just aren't doing because you don't know about it. Someone said there is no formula that works but that really isn't true, ask anyone who makes great money online and I bet you that they do almost the exact same thing on each site and follow the same plan.

I have been doing this for about the same amount of time you have with many ups and downs made some money and lost some but for me i keep thinking that with all I have done I am still missing what I call the final piece of the puzzle that one little bit of information that I don't know about that will bring everything that I do know into focus and can make real money.

But for you without seeing what you have going no one can say what you are doing right or wrong or what you are missing.

I saw people saying it already, but you need to take some break clear your head and think how you can move on.

Now, after you did that think maybe changing your niche or product. (or maybe both of them).
Try new things, read books on the subject, also if it's suit you,

You can start learning SEO to upgrade your skills and get a head in the business.

And remember the people who fail are those who give up(some people don't agree with me here but that's how I see it)
