SEO has certainly become more challenging.

Getting quality traffic is the most important challenge in my opinion. You need traffic that turns into conversions.

For years I struggled not to finish something, but to take it to the next level; not for lack of knowledge, but lack of interest. That's all changed now as I've flipped my life on end & sold my brick and mortar business to pursue this full time

      Take care

Most times when some of us older warriors see a thread like this you have to asked the question why? why would this Warrior want to know this ! and the answer most times is that they are researching for a WSO .

Now that Freelancer is not as ridged like the old days some Warriors use a new name so know ones the wiser so that is when the BS meter goes off .

      Hi Regional Warrior,

      and HAPPY FRIDAY!!

thank you so much for your kind response to my question, I really appreciate. It gives really valuable insight as to the challenges marketers from newbie to really experienced and successful have faced and overcome or are currently working through.

In reference to your point on researching for a WSO, I am not sure exactly what a "WSO" is actually nor what the acronym stands for. However, I would be ever grateful if you are kind enough to spare a short amount of your valuable time to elaborate further.

In all honesty sir/madam, my question comes from true sincerity and desire to become a better servant and give value without any subversive motive except to understand the current landscape better and how one might both be more effective as a newbie marketer and help anyone on here who might come into internet marketing in a few months to years after me that would be in the same newbie position that I am in now.

      Have a great day

WSO stands for Warrior Special Offer - This is another forum on this site that allows marketers to post their products for sale at a price that's special to fellow-members.

In response to your OP, my personal challenge was procrastination. It's a killer to progress and one I've learned to control, although I do slip into this mode, from time to time, especially when trying to finish a book.

In the past, if something was difficult to accomplish - like a new skill (creating a video, for example), instead of just having a go, I'd spend time (researching) and money buying every 'how-to' product on the subject and still find excuses for not being ready to jump in and get it done.

No offence to OP but i agree WHY? How would it help you?
The main reason why so many don't make it is.......
INACTION (And my personal favorite-Not everyone is cut out for MMO. And that's the PC version).

People waste too much time thinking, perfecting, asking, moaning instead of just doing...

For me that would be traffic, especially is free traffic. I was puted tons of efforts into that but things still go slowly.
