I google searched "marketing conferences in Australia in 2016" and this came up among others:

Events Archive - Marketing.com.au

Google Search is the first port of call I would make for any such enquiry. Once you've found one event that interests you, then would be a good time to post here or other forums to ask if anyone has previous experience of going to an event held by the same people.

If you hear about an Australian marketer named Peter Sun, and he has an upcoming conference.... be SURE to attend it. But do a google search and you will find what you're looking for.
