Where to post blog?

It goes without saying that you should post in places that are relevant to your niche. That is where the most targeted traffic will be. This is not a one-size-fits all business. You need to get your blog in front of your targeted audience where your potential customers are concentrated.

Hey McNeal, you'll definitely want to share your blog posts in niche Facebook groups.

Most make money online / internet marketing groups on Facebook are overrun with spammy posts so if you create helpful content you'll likely stick out a bit.

Also, re-purpose your blog content into a PowerPoint presentation and upload it to SlideShare; you can have a link to your capture page in your call to action on your slides.

Try blogging on different sites you know that is free. You might find there your potential customers.

Explore the "blogging world" and stick to the one with the same niche as yours. Find blogs that share common interest as yours.

From where you are getting traffic? Is it Google seo

Leveraging Q&A sites such as Quora can tremendously increase traffic.
You will need to answer questions that you have already blogged about though so you can casually slip in a link to your blog post

Use social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+ etc

You can try promoting your blog on various social media platforms and just focusing on your target audience. Use hashtags when posting. Post engaging and interesting content.

Social Media its a great way to add some traffic, of course it all depends of your niche, FaceBook groups are a great for spreading content, stumbleupon.com also great for submitting your new post, an as long as you are not promoting directly an offer, in general you will have better results if you are using this methods to share something funny, interesting or motivational. Also if you are in the clothing & food niche, you could try Pinterest, which works really good with those niches. But it's all try an error in my experience, for example, I tried to share my parkour blog and I still get visitors everyday from an old account I used to share my post literally, year ago. Facebook is more about the moment, at least using groups, your share something and the next day you wont get any more visitors from that post, but if you drive them to your facebook page before sending them to your blog, you build your page at the same time. I keep pressing enter and sending my comments in parts hahah well I just wanted to add, try many networks, instagram, google plus, facebook pages and groups, stumbleupon, pinterest, twitter, and one really big one : Reddit. Try them all and then see which are the ones that work for you better, the ones that you also like! If your post is not directly selling something, then reddit its amazing for insta traffic, i won't be like Pinterest, delivering visitors in daily basis but in a low volume, when you post on reddit you will get many visits for 2 or 3 days, anyway from 100 each day up to 1000's.... it all depend of your niche and your approach. Yea, the truth is to get more traffic to your blog. I strongly advice that you take this closer to the audience who will be willing to subscribe for it. This you can do by submitting your blog to related niche groups on social medias such as facebook, reddit, twitter and the likes

Start your own facebook group; and funnel people from other groups into yours. IN that group you control the pinned post as well as the banner. It's a good way to drive traffic to a blog but it is also sort of an extension of your blog.


Target big groups. Don't spam. Just be a part of the scene. Make it known on your profile about your group. People will filter in.

Share your blog post to all your social media channel like FB, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest etc.

Facebook groups, Twitter. Free traffic, if you are rich go for SEO.

I would go with FB Ads and Bing ads if you have the budget for it. In terms of free strategies I would go with guest posting, blogging and youtube marketing.

If you're in the "make money online" niche you can place a link to your website in your forum signature. I also like posting to the Warrior forum blog.
