Choose a product from the left menu under Big Launches.

I personally look at the % commission, not the price. The higher the commission the better, and I write down the products that pay at least 50%.

When you have experience in a niche you'll know the author names to look for. But if you're just starting, you can Google their name to see how successful was their previous product.

I can write you Persuasive Web Content that turns leads into customers for as low as $0.02 per word.

        So.....

I'm more likely to get you to promote my product if I launch a $7 product at 100% than if I launch a $200 product at 49%????

Your commission for the $7 product would be $7.
Your commission for the $200 product (at only 49%) would be $98

I think I would like affiliates who exhibit better analytical ability.

Actually, I would. The conversion rate on a $7 product is much higher than the conversion rate on a $200 product.

I'm sure you also know 49% is not a typical commission. You could have made it 50% and agree with me But let's put it at 30% and bring you to my side.

Yes, the conversion rate is typically higher for a $7 product, but it would have to be over 28 times higher to sell the same number of units. At 49% commission, you would only need to sell 7% as many units of the $200 product to make the same total amount of commission.

Of course I know that 49% is not typical. I used that for my example because you said:

Since you weren't able to work it out for your self...
Even 49% of a $200 product is better than 100% on a $7 product, so considering commission rate alone is NOT a very smart way to decide which products to promote, and ignoring the product price in your evaluation is foolish.

I do not think so ,

To be honest there is hardly any difference ,Selling a 1k product or a 7$ both of them require marketing efforts ,Yes 1k would require more of it ,but just imagine if you can close it out

Bottom line is whether the product you are promoting is good or not ,

The best way to find out is to get the product yourself and check it out

As far as i am concerned i always try out the product myself then start promoting it

Everyone has their own Best Practices with their list.

Some people are more in tune to buying a higher ticket item.

Other people are great at prepping their network so they are more likely to buy said higher ticket item.

    It all depends upon:

How well you know your list

How much effort you want to do

is a similar thread with some good suggestions.

    Hope that helps!

I am new to this process. I joined JVZoo, Muncheye, bought vidiojack form JVZoo ad, Instamate from, signed up as an affiliate marketer, as this type of marketing which is my goal. However all fall short for me as they all refer to your "list" none say how, when, where , to get a list unless you go individually t each subject line and you find ways to spend tons of money, which I am okay with, however none say step one, two, three. I did select products on muncheye, buit I cant launch. I did select with sellers approval on JVZoo, but cant launch. it seems there is a opening for somone to actually write a broad bush marketing on the internet app- a start with step one- You need a computer, you need internet (lol) actually web site, blog, domains, maybe I am not clear - but I seriously need someone ot help me clear this up
