Hi,

I'm looking for any resources to create and ship single copies of my "in progress" ebook. I'd also appreciate any experience people have had with doing this.

fulfillmentcentral (.com) is another solid service you might want to look into. I used them to print and ship my books, CDs and DVDs on demand (as orders came in).

I recommend CD DVD Fulfillment - CD DVD on demand. Just in time fulfillment 2009

They're reasonably priced.

Have you considered doing them yourself? I've produced my own for years. You can get an inkjet printer that prints your label directly onto the CD. I use an Epson and the results are professional.

Depending on your volume and pricing this can significantly boost your margins.
