Any warrior from UK? I need an advice on tax

I´m about to move to UK, I´m an affiliate marketer in Brazil, But will start soon to sell WSO´s and Jvzoo´s.. My question is on the legal side of it. I want to do it 100% legal to justify my incomes from Brazil ( I´m 100% legal there ), and here in UK (just moved) I wonder if any of you can guide me on the way to be legal with the tax regulations.

Thanks in advance.

I'd read the HMRC website, maybe give them a call, and definitely speak to an accountant when you get here.

Never, never ever ask for legal or tax advice on a forum such as this. All you will get are guesses and suppositions from people who know little or no more than you do.

Consult a qualified accountant or attorney. Their advice may cost you money up-front, but in the end you could end up saving a fortune.

Why would you look for a warrior for this information. Why wouldn't you look for a professional in your area to help you. You are just asking for trouble.

        what IM means.
It's a broad term....try using "sell products online" to describe your business or at least be specific about WHAT you do.

You need to register as self employed business with HMRC. To start with I assume you will not need to register for VAT if your earnings are below a certain level.

When you complete your tax return you will pay anything between 20-40% tax on profits plus 8% National Insurance contributions on profits I think , you can earn up to about £11,000 without paying tax , all the levels of tax are on the HMRC website. If you have another job in the UK these earnings count also so bear that in mind.

It's pretty straight forward, keep a note of your expenses and profits etc. then submit tax return online. You may need to consult an accountant to verify what you claim expenses for etc...

Thank you sooo much... If I work for a company I can be also a self employed working as Internet Marketers on my free time? Is it possible to do be both in uk?

I will follow your advice, as all the income I receive from the work I do in Brazil is already deducted according to the tax rules there.. I will ask how can I explain these earnings to the UK Tax system in order to justify the money. ( It´s not much as the brazilian currency is very low) I currently earn about 800 pounds a month...) but I have to justify it.

Well Thank you all for the imput.
