How long did this websie go live? I did not see much problem on this. Maybe you got to promote your site more so that you can get enough traffic to buy your product.

Sunday,
You've 2 banners that auto open onload. Neither banner has a way to close it. The left horizontal banner covers much of your content. So in order to read your content, you've got to click on the left banner. When you do, you're taken to the site the banner is advertising for. This makes it damned near impossible to actually read the sales copy for your spreadsheet.

Sunday,

I don't know if I would remove it or not. Is it converting for you? I'm sure the CTR is pretty good. Your visitors have got to try something to get rid of it. But I'd bet the conversions truly suck.

I do know that I'd would somehow change it. Add a big red X to allow it to be closed. Or change the setting from onload to timed. Or make it a lot smaller. Right now it covers up about 75% of your page horizontally, and 15% of the page vertically. Or put it in a timed lightbox so it is seen, but is also easily closed. Or remove it from the page and open it as an exit pop.

Again, I can't tell you the best way to use it. All I can tell you is if you actually want to sell that $9.99 spreadsheet you've got to do something to it so that your readers can actually read your copy.
