Hello everyone, my two partners and I started a website ( online retail marketplace ), each one of us is assigned to take care of a certain part of the business. So far I've created banners ( around 10 or so ) and a video! right now that we're not so far away from launching the website i wanna know what are the possible options i have to market the website? better if u could suggest some quick options ( no shortcuts i know ) but we're trying to have a decent number of retailers once we launch.
regards, thanks!

Just make sure to have a quality content so that the ones who visited your site might share it to others.

You never know how powerful a word of mouth works.

Just be sure to put an honest content.

You must have a well-designed content marketing strategy so users will see you are set on creating value, not just attracting customers. Your content must be unique, engaging, and shareable and readers will come.

Your banners and videos are perfectly fit for social media. Create your own account on every social media platform where you can share all of those. Or you can create a blog content with your banners and videos included. Optimize your site to rank higher and to be able to be noticed in the online world where great opportunities awaits.

You need to start building a list early on. Have a great lead bait and start collecting subscribers on your website.

You can also do this on your social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram even) but don't monetize on social media until you're getting a good fanbase. Facebook doesn't like these links in your posts.

Id do some ppc cause its some of the most targeted and I would make sure my site makes sales first. There usually is an optimization process that needs to take place. So you build the site and before you launch it out for the public you run some of your own traffic and make sure your site converts. Starts with the lead or a way to stay in touch and you optimize each phase until your running the way you like.

Stay away from cheap paid traffic of any kind. Don't ask me how I know. If it is too good to be true, it isn't. Trust me. Advertising on sites that sell what you sell or at least in your niche will pay you back if they already have a great customer base.

Hi souhayb21, I would setup a FB fan page for your website/business and start posting valuable content to that. If you do that consistently I am sure your new website venture will become successful Best Regards, U. Christina

    Blogging and guest blogging

Offering free, original content on your site can help bring new visitors and set you apart from the competition. However, writing for other prominent blogs in your niche, is even more beneficial in generating traffic. By including a link to your website in your biography at the end of your guest post, you can draw in new visitors from a source that likely gets much more traffic than your current blog or website.

    Pay per click (PPC)

Use PPC Internet advertising to bring in traffic to your website from search engines like Google. Here’s how it works: you pay a fixed price for every click your ad gets in the search engine, and your ultimate goal of the click is to convert that user in order to see a return on investment. With GoogleAdWords, there’s no spending requirement you can set a budget of as little as five dollars a day or a maximum cost of ten cents for each click, for example. Your main focus should be conversion so you get the best ROI possible. Simply choose keyword phrases and the search engine will help you get your ad in front of your target market, wherever they might be looking on the Web.

    Retargeting

Retargeting ads work by placing a tracking cookie on each of your visitor’s computers. Then, when they leave your site, they start seeing ads to come back. Using this type of advertising helps you reach visitors who leave without conversion which is about 98 percent of all your traffic and makes retargeting a valuable strategy in getting those visitors to come back and convert. You’ve already worked hard to get people there, but most leave…so get them to come back to make sure you’re not throwing away that money you’ve already spent.

    Facebook ads

Millions of people use Facebook every day and the average U.S. Facebook user spends eight hours per month on the site. And it’s not only popular with teenagers and college students all types of demographics are now regular users of the social network.
