I am looking to purchase a domain with metrics instead of creating a brand new domain. The domain is in my niche and the stats are:

TF:17
CF:22
DA:9
PA:24
Links:17
RD: 9

What do you guys think?

    DA is quiet low. but it is still better than new domain
    i like the aged domain because it is easy to seo up top

      If it’s in your niche, and all you can get, it will surely do, something is better than nothing.
      To get some ware we have to work with what we got, but you need to work with good content.

    Is this good? It depends on what exactly you intend to do with this domain and what the price is. If the price is right and the domain fits into your plan then it's good.
