This doesn't help the OP in anyway what so ever. You can have Shakespearian prose wrapped around Aristotlesque argument next to a picture of Jennifer Lawrence covered in nutella promoting your product and it means nothing if no one sees it.

Content keeps people on your site and may get them to return bit quality content on its own doesn't bring in traffic.

Create videos about your niche and put the whole channel on your website pages. Put your site URL on every video description on youtube as well.

The easiest way to get more traffic is to pay for it, sure you should have great articles but if you are starting out no one is going to see that article way back on page 10, 20 or 30 which is much farther up in search then new sites start. Of course all the normal things, commenting on everything you can within your niche and getting links.

Huge open ended question! First is what you are doing achieving you the results you want? Are other people using that same source getting good results? First learn to master one then you can handle two but to just jump around from source to source just spins you in circles.

Traffic is easy today! I like to go for traffic I have control over. If I want traffic today I can send it and am not playing around with SEO. SEO is good and works but it can not be your main or dependent source of traffic. You just have no control over it really

That depends... on you and your site. You're not exactly giving much info here about the type of market/niche your site is in or whether you have time or money constraints, so I can only give a vague answer.

If you have the budget and need traffic quickly, go with paid advertising. e.g Facebook Ads

If you have the time, but not the budget, go with free traffic techniques. e.g. Forum Marketing, Social Media

You either have to pay for more traffic, or drive traffic to your site using free methods. A couple ways to get traffic to your site include:

- Content marketing
- YouTube video marketing
- Facebook advertising
- PPC
- Banner Ads
- Article Marketing

That's the big question, free or paid. Although even free isn't truly that, you're still going to pay with your time!

For me it's free traffic all the way.

1. Good content on the blog. Some limited SEO which I've got down to a quick few minutes before publishing my content now! But...content always comes first, create it for the readers not for some search bot...

2. Video. You've just created some great content, why not do a video about it and invite viewers to head over to your site for more info?

3. Document Sharing! Produced any free reports, guides etc. recently? Farm these out to some of the main doc sharing sites. Is it suitable for Kindle? Get it on there as well but include a 'special offer' sign up in your book before the main contents start.

If you're looking for paid traffic then I'll bow out at this stage!

To get the most traffic you need to spread your marketing wings as far as you possibly can, market everywhere you can possibly think of marketing. Advertise with every type of advertising you can think of, from forum signature, ad words, others websites, to t-shirts, car stickers, billboards, radio and TV. Stand on the top of your house and shout your website URL as loud as you can and you might sell a neighbor or two. Do it repeatedly and maybe the cops will come you can shout it at, and sell a few more etc.

Natural SEO isnt really dead. Its that people doing that are almost nearing to extinction. A large amount of people would usually suggest going for paid traffic. For me, id take that route. However, this all depends on the setup of your market.

You can go for these options:

1. Promote on social media (FB Ads, Follow for follow on Twitter)
2. Write great content and syndicate them on various social bookmarking accounts (use IFTTT, it's free)
3. Guest blogging (go for the top results, they have a good amount of guests checking their site)
4. Do keyword research and use low competition, high conversion keywords
5. Build an email list.

Focus on your keywords. Content is king so better create unique contents with your keywords. Promote your site and each of your post through social media. Bookmark it. Have you tried directory listing and blog commenting?

If you're working with a low to non existent budget do in depth keyword research, target the longtail low competition keywords that are easy to rank for. If you start churning out high quality articles targeting these keywords that extra search traffic soon adds up.

If you want:

high bot traffic
useless tier 3 traffic etc

On, a serious note you can use:

Paid traffic
media buys
carefully selected solo ads

First of all you can start by creating your own thread.
Second, for these general questions, you should read SEO blogs and the multitude of threads about SEO here.
Nobody is going to spoon feed you information, you are not a baby.
You have the biggest source of information in humanity`s history (the internet), start learning how to use it.

Interesting and useful giveaways have always worked for us.There are many people out who are looking for good content, offers or free valuable advise. Just giving away anything will not help to get the required traffic. Give away something which is useful. Don't forget to get people to register first through a simple form on your landing page. This helps you keep track of who has registered and generate the much needed marketing data.

Most free offers are promoted through Facebook, Twitter and Google+ or even through PPC.
