How to build list of websites which are not mobile friendly?

I need to build a list of websites which are not mobile friendly. How can I list not responsive websites of businesses based in a particular geolocation. By not responsive I mean not mobile friendly. I know how to check a website for mobile responsiveness, but what method you would suggest if I would like to get hundreds or thousands of them, how do I scrape? Do you know about any scraper or software which could make this job easy?

    Scrapebox is a good option as kurt said.. Try out with scrapebox and you can find many not mobile friendly ones.
