How to set up Cpv labs for YTZ and DNTX?

Hello,
I'm a bit confused on how to set up Cpvlabs for YTZ and DNTX.

I've gone back and forth a couple times. Any feedback would be great!

      Yes I'm trying both. CPV labs and account manager.. But that much luck.. If anybody has any help that would be great!
