Tracking tool/platform/software for different traffic sources

Hey Warriors,

I'd appreciate your advice on this:

I need to track traffic coming on my sales page from 6-7 different sources, as follows: 2-3 different BING PPC ads, 3 different solo ads providers and 1-2 banners.

I use trck.me for tracking, dunno if any good, just started. So the plan is to get a few subdomains created for my domain, then link each one to a trck.me tracker and then insert the tracking code for each of those on my sales/thank you page. Then provide each traffic source with a different subdomain and tracker, all directing to my page, and each tracking traffic from that source alone.

In other words, I need to see how many clicks and sales each of the ads in BING, each of the solo ads providers and each banner brings in.

I know how to do all of the above until the "insert tracking code on website page" - can't seem to get that right, have tried.

I started out believing it was easy to find someone to quickly set this up for me (create subdomain, add tracker, insert code on page, repeat 6-7 times), but it's simply not. IT people on freelancer sites don't even understand what I'm asking for. They keep sending me to Google Analytics.

Any advice here, please? I'm stuck until I solve this problem. Tools, services etc, whatever you got.

Thank you, good people.

insert tracking code on website page
What is the specific problem you are having? You usually insert the code between the "<head> </head>" tags. It's pretty straight forward.

ok, thank you. I'm not an IT guy, but I have hired a couple of them, and both were unable to insert tracking codes properly, I got zero analysis. I use a WP plugin, called WP Profit Builder.
One of the challenges is finding the body or head tags, as strange as that sounds.

I believe clickmagick. com is a great software. It can track every link. You can set it up yourself and you do not need any IT guy to do it for you and it provides you with all the information you need. Christina
