Online Project Management Service - Your advice?

Hi guys,

Looking for your knowledge and past or present experiences with Online Project Management services.

I need to go a step further with a client and decided to invest in such service. This is going to be used by my team - 3 users - plus my client's team - at least 2 users.

We need 1 online service where we can share files, develop a time-line for each project, etc etc. Guess it's the usual stuff.

What service do you use?
Why do you choose it?
Why are you happy with it?
