How Much Would I Pay for a Video Sharing Site?

I realize that this is a hard question to answer. I wouldn't be after anything as fancy as youtube, but I'd like a members area where a person can post a video and change the header graphic to brand their page.

So, really it would be a cross between a video sharing site and a squeeze page.

Any ideas?

There are some free video sharing scripts but they usually require web hosting that includes FFmpeg software on the server for uploading, encoding and streaming videos.

Here's a list of some FFmpeg hosting plans. Most of these plans provide automatic installation of the most common free video sharing scripts.
