I have a number of products on clickbank, can the Same user who purchases my seperate items get Refunds on each of the products?
or can clickbank Note that it is the same person requesting the refund (by their Name, credit card etc) and they can Block refunds? or clickbank Cant block any refunds aslong as they are within the time period? |

I did refund for 1 service and try to resubscribe, it turns out I have to use another name and account! So clickbank should be doing some great work here!

cb can block a person from ordering if they are ordering a number of products and requesting refunds, but you'll need to email them about the "customer" - never heard of them blocking refunds

I have one thick-skinned customer who ordered almost ALL my Clickbank products and refunded everything she purchased, which has never happened before.
I mean, if she ordered one, two, or three products and she's not satisfied with them, why does she need to order almost everything? Just goes to show she just wants to "steal" them. |

Use DL guard and BAN the person from buying anything in your system by IP and email.

I believe Clickbank can and sometimes will block orders. I think they won't ever block refunds within the time-period (and I certainly wouldn't, in their position).

I think the level of the refunds would have to be quite high for cb to consider blocking a person because from what I have seen online one of the reasons cb products are so popular with customers is that they do have basically a no-questions asked refund policy - but I had actually been put off from selling my products on there because of Michael Lee mentioned about the stealing stuff.
Is it really that bad? is it worth selling or promoting products on clickbank? Lisa

Yes, they can. Any customer who is unhappy with any product they purchase from the Clickbank Marketplace can get a refund. It's their policy.

if a person orders 2 of your products and submits a refund request on both, you can have them blocked at cb from making further purchases, if you choose to do so

They'll block them from making purchases, but not from getting refunds issued on what they've purchased.
