The google position rank depends of the network?

I have one website cheirabem.com and if I access to web at my office I'm on the 4th position with the keywords perfumes online
But if I access at my work (It's a scholl ant the internet provider is the same for all scholls on my country) I'm on positon 4 on the 2 page. What's this difference? It's possible that google changes the rank accordingly the network?
