100s of ways to make money online

First, a little intro about me I am 24 from Egypt, started looking into affiliate marketing almost 2 years now, I have spent almost 5000 USD on it so far, manged to make back about 2000 USD , I stopped for a while, then started again on Facebook barely making even for 6 months and then all lose for the past 3 months, and now I really want to go big, I have so many ideas going in my head that I don't know where to start, and I wanted your intake,

YouTube marketing affiliate offers, YouTube popular videos with viral potential, PPV ads, PPV ads in a black hat way( coockie stuffing and such), Facebook ads in the middle east (lower cost per click, but much lower conversion rate and much lower commissions)Facebook ads to advertise amazon(did one and FB charged me 0.7 USD per click which made a hole of almost 100 USD), cheap domain and cheap hosting and try to do review/seo, reddit ads, spamming reddit, pinterest, and Facebook, offering free Ebooks to build a list and then sell to them and even media buy.

I am considering all of the above, but here is my issue, I don't want something that will only pay off after months of work (it is not that I am lazy, but I need to see results or potential to keep me going ), but at the mean time I don't want to feel like I am throwing my money down the drain plus I need something that can be automated or passive (I am not looking to get reach a simple 500 USD pure profit per month will be good enough for me).

so what tips, advice, recommendations you would give me ?

First off, you'll want to stay away from those things that you know are "black hat".

Secondly, you'll have a hard time as an entrepreneur if you can't weather some hard months in the beginning before you build momentum.

While it's possible to see results quickly, you have to consider unforeseen challenges that slow the process.

    Think long-term.

That's a reasonable goal, and you can definitely get there if you make up your mind on what business model you want to pursue.

As for the whole "automated or passive" thing, that can be achieved if you have enough money to pay others to do the work but it won't be cheap.

Also, you'll need experience with building a business yourself or you may end up paying others to do low-quality work and you'll be none the wiser.

The closest thing I can recommend to a "passive" model is Kindle publishing but even that requires hard work to get things going.

    Regards,
    Daniel

Hey Daniel, Thanks for your help, I don't mind doing the hard work, but I need to know that I am not wasting my time and money on something that might not end up working, for example, I can handle doing videos and not selling as long as I at least have views, but doing 15 video and having nothing to show for is a little disappointing.

I like to think that I can do it, but that is exactly my issue "how is the best way to do it", I am not lacking in the take action department, but ever since I lost my first 2K, I have been mocked by my closest family members and I don't want that to happen again

      Why is that ??

I know what you mean, and I am trying to do that at the moment

The Warrior Forum, Internet Marketing 'Gurus', and the rest of the Make Money Online crowd like to tell (sell) you the idea of push button solutions and $1 Fully Automated businesses because they sound easy and they tend to trigger some of the emotional issues you're having with running or starting a business.

The '15 Minute' lifestyle is surely attainable, but you have to have the backing (whether sweat and blood (time) or money) to get there. For example, advertising CPA/CPL offers (or affiliate offers for that matter) is pretty passive. Once you get your ads running and profitable, you can feasably only work for a couple of hours a day or less to maintain everything, but you have to be willing to front hundreds of dollars in testing budgets and be able to function in your business in a 1-2 month deficit until the affiliate marketplace pays you out.

Every business in the whole has testing phases and downsides to them. Kindle books may be flops, info products may not sell, continuity programs may not convert, webinars can stink, CPA offers don't convert.... the list goes on and on.

The successful CPA guys spend a lot of time in their business because they are constantly trying and testing new offers to get their investment back. The 'big-time' CPA guys often run on razor thin margins anyway.

Not trying to deter any of your decisions, but people need to understand the realities of business before jumping in

Thanks Wile, I know you mean well, but I know it is not at a click of a button (although if you know what you are doing or get lucky that can happen with for example Facebook paid ads or solo ads).

I put my money and my time into this over and over again and I don't want to waste any more time working on something that I will leave because I feel it will be a dead end that is all.

High quality work will not be cheap, and that's the only kind of work you should pay others to do, that's why.

After all, low quality work won't move your business forward, and you'll just waste your money.

Sometimes cheap is the most expensive option you can take.

    1. Pick a niche you want to get along.
    2. Choose one platform to market your business. I'd suggest: Youtube.
    3. Focus on bringing quality traffic to your video (get followers).
    4. Monetize it!

    You can always outsource 2 & 3.
    Fiverr.com freelancer.com upworks.com even warriorforum-for hire section.

Your experience with $5K in 2 years would average $200/month.
    That should be enough.

    Good luck!

I have read that and followed it before, I couldn't really find something I would be passionate enough about, and doing it just for the money without seeing money is not motivating at all

well I lost around 2.5k first 6 month, spent 6 months away, started to real a lot about it again for a month, worked for 6 where I barely broke even, then 3 months total lose again, but yes, I can still dish out almost 200 USD per month for the next 6 months or so .

      Thanks for the Good wishes

Pick a niche your niche. Build a funnel then buy a ton of solo ads test and revise your funnel. Then when you get about 1k or so build a blog or youtube channel. Your main focus at this point should be list building no list no money. When I do solo ads I put a one time offer behind all of my squeeze pages. This way I half way break even and know who the buyers are straight away. They will move to another section in my funnel.

Then I send follow ups that have a call to action or some kind. I will send another squeeze page well a few of them actually to segment my list a lot better. This way I can send them products based on interest. Then just send more low dollar products that offer lots of value. Then segment that in to a buyers list for that section of your list. Then of course your going to send more value products and higher dollar offers.

So all you really need is a good offer. You can almost take care of everything else via email or social media. Your main focus needs to be list building.

Just realize that it could take longer or it could take shorter. Do not restrict yourself with a certain timeline. Of course having goals to have success in a certain amount of time is fine. But do not let it be the thing that ends your aspirations if you do not meet this time oriented goal

I used to hop around to different offers online. Some worked but most didn't. My best advice would be to put together and sell your own product. That can be a book, a course, a checklist (if you want to start small).

Then build an email list while you do it and push offers to the list along with good advice. Give them free content and ask them to buy something once in a while. Keep building your list and go from there.

The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing, right? Don't quit on something and go to the next. Pick something you'll love doing and put your heart into it.

    for your affiliate:
    1. choose niche you have passion, skills, knowledge.
    2. choose products (recomend: use products from clickbank.com for digital products and amazon, ebay for physical products).
    3. drive traffic:
@ to your affiliatie link products directly.
@ send mail to subcribers using platforms as mailchimp, getresponse, aweber.
@ create your website and use SEO to get more traffic.
    hope this helps,

    good luck

Pick 1 business model and stick with it.

The most popular ones we talk about here on the forum are popular for a reason. Don't reinvent an old idea. If you have discovered 100s of ways to make money online, why haven't you decided on one that actually works, and that will help you to retire early?

Do what is most profitable, and get rid of the other "100s of ways to make money online". You will waste tremendous amounts of time.

That is exactly my problem Randall, They all make money, one needs more time and the other need more money, I started with the one that needs more time, but because I already work full time I felt like it will not work out, so I started working with what needs more money, and I ended up losing a lot (1 USD = 12 my currency) and losing a little over 2500 USD is like a mini fortune, my mind is going back and forth not sure what to do or commit to what ?

This isn't what a lot of people want to hear but...

Losing money is sometimes just part of business.

If you're not experienced at something, of course you're not likely to see the results you want, not soon anyway.

But the thing is, that's how you learn.

It's the price you have to pay if you want to develop real-world experience.

Choose one business model, stick to it, and learn from your failures...

Else your spent money will be in vain.

        Regards,
        Daniel

First of all, you should be clear that eveyone has lots of mistakes before reaching victory. What about Youtube marketing. You can continue to choose a niche and try to gain more view for money. Do not be upset since there are many people being worse than you out there!
