Anyone know how to do THIS?

I always find great feedback whenever I am stuck so I'd like you to chime in here as well
I have around 70 emails of local businesses that I wanted to contact in order to see if they are interested in my marketing services.
Basically, I am sending out the same email to these 70 businesses and ideally I would like to just use my Gmail account to do it.
However when I just add these email addresses to the email at the same time, it triggers Gmail filters and causes issues.
Is there a plugin or a way to get Gmail to send out 1 email every 2 minutes so the red flags aren't triggered?
