Ezinearticles Not recoding my Stats accurately

Hi all,
I was just wondering if anyone else have this problem i am experiencing with Ezinearticles.

Since Aug 20, all my article stats stopped except page views despite the fact that i have had articles pulished and urls clicked through. My click through had been around 16 to 25% throughout depending on niches.

My specific pen names has not been recording the updated approved articles. Only my main record of "all authors" have the latest approved articles.

Anyone has the same problem here? Thanks

    I'm having the same problem. Actually last week, I had a problem where even all my previous published articles weren't shwing any stats. Now I just have the main article views, but nothing showing my click throughs. I had a 6 articles approved on Fri that still aren't showing for my pen names. So you definitely aren't alone.

    hmmm... sounds like the same thing happening to me.

    I have written to them yesterday but have not heard from them yet. Even my Platinum Author status is less privileged nowadays. I heard a lot lately about them shifting attention to premium users. Not sure if they are understaffed and their tracking system robust enough..

    Stats for new articles aren't showing up. But you can see stats when you download the Excel file. I'll wait a few more days until I ask what's happening.

    I am noticing the same thing for my new articles. I just hope there is nothing wrong. I am hoping it is a tracking mistake and nothing more.

    Hi all, Thanks for the response.

    For a moment there, i thought my articles lost their magic touch. Haha, we'll see how long it takes for EZA to fix the bug.

    Hi,

    I'm experiencing the same problems. New articles are not showing up in the list of articles at all. One solution is to download the CSV file and view them.

    Some months my stats show views more than 10 times average which I know can't be right as I don't see any spikes at my sites. Sometimes the stats seem to be all over the place. I don't trust them very much and I certainly would not rely on the numbers.

    I suppose that those unaffected could belong to another server or tracking system and thats why some are affected while others are not...

    This is really sad that for a better part of a week now my stats have stayed unchanged. I really hope they fix it up soon.
