Need some ideas on how to track customers!
Hi! I've already post a thread on this forum about How can i distinguish between online and offline shoppers but i got only one reply. I deiced to put my question in another way to make it easy for members to know what exactly i want.
Alright. We have a store that sells food like pizzas, drinks, etc. We already have some clients who's always coming to the store. We recently think of advertising out store online to target more people in our area and build engagement with people in our social media profiles. We don't actually have problem on these things BUT the problem we have is How can we distinguish between people who's coming to the store through online advertising and people who's just coming as the old clients do, i mean coming to the store randomly, like people who just walk by the store and go to it to take food.
