|  Where to get ebook printed as real book?
I have an ebook that I'd like to also offer as an actual printed book. Has anyone here done that and if so, any recommendations on where to get it printed? It's about 60 pages and could be spiral bound. So besides places like Kinkos, is there anywhere that will print one-offs and drop ship them (similar to Kunkaki with CDs)? Or is there any place that will print volume at a deep discount? Thanks. Mike |

I'd go with a POD publisher like Outskirts Press for a more professional look.
