You can sell it here under the 'complete websites for sale', flippa.com, ebay or digitalpoint. Good luck. Rich |

make sure you try to provide the following (in no particular order) -Proof of traffic (AWstats, google analytics, woopra) -Proof of income , if any (screenshots , or video of you accessing(clickbank or other ) account live).Net profits vs expenses (PPC, advertising, outsourcing) -reason for selling -What is good about the site. -What can be improved, future potential. (try to paint a picture in the head of your prospects) - investigate methods of payments ( escrow, paypal...etc...) -you may want to have a contract drawn up.(sitepoint sell a very good one) - If you mentioned how much you have invested in the site, do not make it too "wingy" and don't directly tie it up to your selling price. Note that different selling places will get you different buyers and prices, here on WF, things are pretty cheap, think firesale, wether on ebay or flippa , you might get a better deal. Thing about what kind of buyers you are looking for and try to select the best place to attract them. anyway...I'll buy that for a dollar! |

I suggest you try digitalpoint, or maybe you can put the site up for sale across different forums, and wait for the highest offer across each forum.

Where you sell your site depends on if you want to sell it at a “Fire Sale” price or get top dollar. If you want fire sell price, (a couple of hundred dollars or less) then use the normal flip site outlets. Just remember this, every time you place your site for sale on a different sites such as Ebay, Craigslist, Sitepoint, Flippa, etc., you leave a footprint which ultimately degrades it’s overall value. If you want a premium price, you'll need to first follow the advice of, "TPFLegionaire” and get your docs in order. You should be able to prove the income capabilities of the website. Secondly, step into the shoes of a buyer paying a premium price and understand the questions they are going to be asking… (1). Am I looking at a domain name made with a (cheap template, PLR web design, cheap script, design sold to hundreds or thousands of webmasters?) (2) Am I purchasing a domain name with a uniquely custom web design made with, (i.e., DreamWeaver, Adobe, or HTML coding?) with a custom header, footer and background? (3). Is the niche a fad? It is a seasonal niche? Or is it a staple niche capable of generating income on a consistent basis year round? (4) Will I have to go in and redesign the site after purchasing it? Or, will the current design carry enough drawing power for me to keep it in place? If you are selling a website made with a template, PLR package or with other low end software kits sold on the net, savvy buyers will see that and adjust their offer downwards, usually way downwards. However, if your site is unique in design and content, people will be willing to pay a higher price. So the question would be, “Where do I find premium buyers?” Mostly offline! When I’m selling a website and want a premium price, that’s the first place and only place I look. People give me a Knee Jerk reaction when I tell them I engage in Ninja style cold calling to sell my web properties at a premium price. But it works! |

Flippa.com - for a fee and a success fee if it sells digitalpoint - although I don't recommend it Warrior Forum - $20 WSO fee and a good place to list Namepros.com - free in established sites forum |

You could improve your odds by also considerong these guys: Sell Domains-Sedo.com (this is not an affiliate link !!) I've has some good experiences with these people and they offer a very complete range of service, not only domain name selling, but also parking, and lots more. Always good to compare before you jump into the fray. |
