    Best & cheapest don't really mesh with guest posting. You either compromise on the quality of the article, publication or the author reputation.

    Forbes, Inc, Business, Huffington are good choices if you have a moderate budget and your product or service will resonate with their general audiences. However, the world's top publications come at a premium price point.

    If cheapest is the preference... You might consider a large industry publication, which are often overlooked although usually considerably cheaper with a more targeted audience.

    For example, we recently acquired a link on Tech.co for one of our clients for a specific tech product that was unlikely to have resonated with the Huffington Post audience. The cost was significantly less and was picked up by other authority publications as well.

    Check out Reciprocal Links for some providers. Just be careful, a lot of fly by night sellers / questionable skills / sellers without reputations or reviews selling $XXX-$XXXX services.

    I have tried webfire, but the best success is by using a warrior in here.

    You could try the warrior for hire, I found mine by searching on here, and giving them all an interview.

    You search for the top sites in your niche, approach the owners / webmasters and pitch them about getting your content posted on their site/s.

    But you must have two things:

    1. You must approach the site owners in the 'right way'
    2. You must offer them super high quality unique articles /content.
