Oh great, another acronym that nobody will care about.

Why is it so difficult nowadays to use words. everything has to be a clever acronym

It's the next step in not bothering to use complete words.

"I just got back from my vacay."

      "Whatev."

        Cute John.

Saying exchange of everything _____ is nothing like saying vacation.

You have been at this a long time. We both have.

I don't mind being of the minority opinion. Once the herd gets permission from each other to take action I'm on my exit strategy or setting up on the next phase waiting for them.

Am I wrong sometimes? Sure, but the risk is low and the rewards for when I am right high enough to take chances.

John Reese came on here on time telling people blogging would be the future. He gave up on posting here after that.

I am already testing out headphones that I can change the music and volume with my thoughts.

We will be the pc and we will connect to everything.

        Make a joke about that.

I`ll be getting ready for the future, and you guys are going to look like jerks one day when this thread pops up.

Whoa, seems I ruffled some feathers. Unintentionally, this time.

I wasn't poking fun at the concept, just the focus on acronyms. Between shortened words, acronyms for everything and the rise of textspeak, some of us are having to learn a new language. Even the article you linked to took a shot at acronyms for the sake of being clever.

"We will be the pc and we will connect to everything."

Hey, you challenged me to make a joke. Nothing personal.

Even binge watching will take you awhile:

      > Original Star Trek, 3 seasons
      > Next Generation, 7 seasons
      > Deep Space Nine, 7 seasons
      > Enterprise (the prequel), 3 seasons

Then there are the movies, both the ones with Shatner as Kirk and the ones with Chris Pine.

If you want to see them all, and still accomplish anything else, you'll have to take Spock's advice - "live long and prosper"...
