Any Memorable Experiences of Being Sold To?

Let's flip the script for a moment.

When and how was the last buying experience you had where you were so impressed or so compelled to pull the trigger you damn near gave the seller a standing ovation.

Is there any time that you felt wow I just got sold to by a Pro!

Or you had no intentions to buy and bought or was tempted because the presentation was so darn good?

Did you buy something offline and upgrade or add on?

One tactic that got me I remember was up-selling me more item at lessor price. Was an electronics item and they offered me something bigger and with more features for same or lessor price. Must have been some hidden incentive for the sales personnel but I jumped all over it!

Has there been some hypnotic sales copy that put you in a trance or some sales person's style that made buying a pleasurable experience?

Just curious thanks for sharing.

I was pretty impressed. It was to Buy and check out some done for you emails. Fairly solid product and not a problem getting access to it

The last time i had such experience was 3 months ago. A WSO actually, The sales page was very good and the product was, well...the shittiest product I have ever seen. Instantly gave it 1 star. Plus the sales page was promising, no, guaranteeing things he didn't even deliver.

The best buying experiences I've ever had was from investing in content marketing, email marketing and copywriting courses.

To be more specific, one of the best sales letters (for selling to me, anyway) was when I bought "The Ultimate Email Profit Machine", which featured training from Ben Settle as the main product at the time (later the Ben Settle training was kept as a bonus).

honestly it really doesnt take much for me to pull the trigger, just get me excited and im like "i want this, i want that, ill take two" lol

i think the last time i was wow'd was at a network marketing meeting, all the presenters were bullshit but the last one was a multi millionaire and spoke about how we have no problem spending money on super bowl tickets but when it comes time to invest in our own financial education people and the people around us get stingy. That's when i said i dont give two shits what this program is about i just need to be around these people.

I didnt pull the trigger because it seemed kinda like a big pyramid scheme, but it was interesting nonetheless

Honestly... for the last three days, I have been "swiping" some brilliant ideas by Tai Lopez, and though (call me late to the dance) I had never even heard of this guy until like 3 days ago, while I was going through the ClickBank marketplace... and I punched in the terms "sales funnels" trying to locate a specific marketers product...

Any way, he had no affiliate tool links in CB's marketplace... just a direct link to the VSL and sales transcript to his "67Steps.com" product.

At first, I almost bailed... as I almost didn't like the guy at first, but being a pool and spa guy... "The Fountain" in his living room...brought me back to my early 20's and 30's when I used to make bank building stuff like that!

Anyway, he had his easel and white board with the big white paper draped and I wanted to see what he was going to draw, really... (*I doodle and sketch some now and again, lol)

The more I listened to him, he started to make me think - this guys like me (or visa-versa) with the scatter brained host of ideas just oozing from his mind.

So... I didn't buy his "67 Steps" yet... but I think after reading the last 3 emails... I have to... just because, I need to learn how to speed read, and that's one of the bonuses he offers.

I mean, sure after looking deeper he's got badass cars, hot girl, yada, yada, yada... but it's not that which piques my interest... it's how he thinks, the processing of information, execution of knowledge... and damn if his emails aren't good, I rarely look forward to getting that next email, but everyday... I look for it.

Sure he's guilty of trying to sell me something, so shame on him, lol - but, more importantly, I felt the need (not a want) a genuine need to know "how his mind works" and already, in a weird way... I feel one of my biggest fears of being on camera/video seemingly subsided watching his video...it made me want to do video, if that makes any sense... like, i thought;"Man if this guy grew this huge, and he's not the most well-spoken I've heard... hell, I can do that!"

I think he f..king hypnotized me or something... maybe it only works for people who tune-in to that frequency, IDK... I am studying him right now... the guy's a freaking genius, and I NEED that 'feeling' and 'ability' to connect with my audience.

Hey thanks Robert! Sounds like the excitement really took place before the sell.

Just wondering that last time you bought something that made a real impact on you good or bad in the sales process.

Reminds me when you go overseas and you just want some fast comfort food to remind you of home and you bite into it and it tastes nothing like what you are used to.

Ben is a selling factory! No doubt about that. He was one of the first I ever saw with 100% commissions on his front ends for affiliates.

Ah OK so you are not a "total lay-down"....the salesman's dream customer!

But I feel you. Sometimes I am getting sold to so smoothly and relentlessly that I wish I could hire this person on the spot!

Oooooh Art you are so right.

Sometimes a person connects with us from a totally unexpected angle. I remember Eric of "Erics Tips" introduced his new baby during a Product Launch Formula Launch and it really made him stand out from all the other Big Dogs sending Bonus Promos.

And you are absolutely spot on that follow up is super important! Sometimes buyers are right there so close you can just blow on them and have your desired result but you will never get them unless you make that connection. Whether it's added incentive or another volley of objection neutralizers. (Did I just create that phrase? Not sure )

If I ever get where I know it's a done deal I am getting aboard no question then the only other factor at that point is who has the best bonus avail.

Thanks for another always keeping it real share.
