question about solo ads

hi everyone,

I am looking for a good solo ad company. I know there are tons and really would like a few good ones. I am looking for solo ads for debt relief and home loans.

I really appreciate everyone's help .

Believe it or not I have learned more on this forum than anywhere else.

    Hi Nicholas,

Are you advertising an affiliate offer, or do you have your own squeezepage and autoresponsder follow-up? I have had some good results from solo mailings offered by safelist owners, but these are for IM reports rather than the financial market.

An alternative source of traffic would be banner advertising on debt advise websites.

Good luck, and make sure that you have tracking in place before buying any advertising.

    Andrew,

Have you heard of or purchased solo's through soloadonly dot com? I am looking to do some solo ads, and want the best ROI. I will not be using a my own lead capture page for the first couple of ads.

    Thanks!

If you want to try dealing directly with newsletter owners, you can try a membership with "Directory of Ezines". They keep a database of ezine publishers and you can search by topic, whether or not they accept articles, solo ads, sponsored ads, etc.

They try to keep it up to date, but some of the ezines are no longer published. Fishing through it you should be able to find an ezine that matches your market.

The publishers each control what they charge, but many give discounts to DOE members. You can expect to pay anywhere from $20 to $200 (or more) depending on the size of the list. $20 to a few thousand subscribers, a few hundred dollars per ad to reach tens of thousands of subscribers.

I'm not a DOE member because there is no reason for me to be. However, you're not the only one talking about ezines listed by DOE but not published anymore or showing wrong (outdated) info. The truth is that no one can have such a database updated [Sorry, Charlie, that's the truth] Publishers update first their websites and if they remember and they have some spare time they will update also third party listings.

Under such conditions ... It may be cheaper (and wise) to "fish" through Google's huge database (use proper keywords when searching) or through a FREE directory of ezines Google's database will always have the most updated listing. Reason: Google actually sends you to the source, to the ezine publisher's website.

Does anyone have an solo ad resource which has worked for you time and time again that you would not mind sharing?

    Thanks Antonio

Search this forum (and others) and you'll see that it is very hard to get a proper answer to such question.

Reason # 1: the question is vague. You didn't mention the niche (It doesn't exist a wonder "solo ad source" good for all niches)

Reason # 2: if you refine your question and mention the niche, your chances to get a proper answer are still reduced. Why should an advertiser reveal the gems that worked good for her/him? In order to increase her/his competition?

      Adrian

P.S. You have to know that some advertisers get a very good result using a certain "solo ad source" while others using the same source fail... Why? The outcome depends very much on the advertiser, not on the "solo ad source". All advertisers say that their solo ad is great and the product they promote is great too. Sometimes the reality is different ...

Oh yeah niche....I was in a super hurry!

I understand that solo ads are the #1 WAY TO RAKE IN MASSIVE CASH! Due to this truth...I also know that NEARLY 99.99% of people won't answer my question. However, ASK ANYWAY...right?

It's like a guy selling a house for $550K...and you want it for an investment property...to start a negotiation price...you MUST offer him/her a price that will embarrass you (a price that YOU KNOW he/she will refuse!)...same concept here in part.

          1) Right, nothing wrong to ask anyway. You never know

          2) You still didn't mention the niche. It looks like you're actually not looking for an answer

          3) I'm a solo ads seller, but I doubt that solo ads are "the #1 way to rake in massive cash". Anyway, for you (as an individual) the best advertising method is the one you know better (= you have the skills, you have experience, etc), not the one other people know better (for themselves, not for you!)
