On which day do you send out your newsletter to the list?

Hey guys, I wonder on which day are you sending out the newsletter for your list? I do it on Saturday, don't know why though... According to MailChimp, which I use as email newsletter service, my list opens more emails than other lists on average in the health niche. Which is cool. But I'm wondering now, if I might get better results on other day even? Cheers
