    Of course there is. Most of the PPV (Pay Per View) networks are Adware networks. The ads are very cheap per visitor but most of them require a large deposit to start an advertising campaign. ($100 , $500, $1000).

    You can simply search google for the term "PPV Advertising" if you want to try them out.
