Is there any html code that automatically opens another window when the page is closed? It could be useful to collect any email addresses or empathize on any last response from the visitor. |

FYI what you describe isn't HTML. It's Javascript.

Anyone know the javascript for it? I had once experienced a salesletter where I attempted to close the tab and it opened a new window with a downsell offer. Then when I closed the tab again, it tried to offer a freebie and collect my email address. Would be good if anyone knows the javascript for it. |

Your talking about an EXIT POP UP or EXIT PAGE i use one by Dave Guindon called Exit Splash and its very good. Dave Guindon's Exit Splash | Exit Page Software it generates the code for you and you put the code on your site thats it. Jani |
