ADSENCE BANED 2013 NEED NEW ACCOUNT

Does anyone know how to get a new account, as i have been thinking of building new sites again,
The ban i got was for something like invalid clicks, though i never clicked on any of my ads, nor did i tell other people to click on my ads.

Did you try to email them or appeal?

Yes i appeal , i did the appeal thing, i got a automated response, saying after further investigation, we have decided not to reinstate your account, sorry for any inconvenience.
So should i just continue doing eBay or is there another method ?

If you have a family member at a different mailing address, who is willing to sign up on your behalf, that's an option.

    Oh dear gosh, "Baned"

    and "Adsence"

    Wish you guys would spellcheck.

A simple search for "how to get a new adsense account" brought up quite a few results to go through.

Even Warrior Forum threads, like this one (I would especially follow Ron Rule's advice)

The bans are not for specific domains. They are for people.

And except in very rare instances, once you are banned, you are banned for life. Yes, there are ways to get another account, until you get caught and banned again.

There are more ways than one to get banned for invalid clicks. It goes beyond just clicking your own ads or asking others to click them. I lost my account when I got crosswise of a syndicate than was scraping my sites and stealing my content. When I reported them, they retaliated by clicking a handful of ads over and over again. When this pattern emerged, and the advertiser claimed foul (rightly, in hindsight - he was paying for clicks that had no chance to convert), Google banned me, confiscated my balance and returned it to the advertisers.

I made such a nuisance of myself that I actually got a live response from Google. They explained that, while I hadn't done anything wrong, my site (present and future) represented a risk to their advertisers, and so the ban was permanent. It's that "risk to advertisers" that gets the permanent ban on the publisher, not just the domain.

This sounds kinda what could have had happen to me, i purchased a site from a guy on flippa, $400 or so i think at the time, after i started fixing the site up, earning around $20 per day then $50 per day, ended up earning over $800 per day on the site, i got talking to the bloke again, he asked how the site was going i told him the truth, he said wow that is great, Can i barrow some money from you, i said OK no worries $500, a few months went by, he then wanted to barrow more money, i stalled him for some time, until i said nah no more, within 2 weeks, i got the email from adsense, your account has been closed due to invalid click activity, of course i appealed with no luck, since then i have been sour...
And just sticking with eBay to make a living LOL

You can try and may be if you're lucky, they will restore your account. But it is very rare.

Maybe contact Google and see if they can help or move on to something else like media.net, info links or vps offers

I was making over $400 per day back in 2010 and before I really new what I was doing and I lost my account because I did not keep up with there terms. Nobodies fault except mine.

Big learning curve but I have since opened another account back in 2011 2012 and have kept that account in good standings. I have gotten multiple payouts since then and no problems. When google updates it I take the time now to see what the chances are.

Just open a new gmail account and reapply with a different website.
