Very Weird Thing Happens to Me on Win Vista, Any Help?

Hello warriors

I'm suffering from something very weird...

When I want to change a page on my site, I delete it using FlashFXB, then I upload the new one to my server.

But when I type the address of the web page, I get the old page that I already deleted!!!

I try different browsers, delete history, cashe, even clear the prefetch file, but nothing solves this!!

Only after I restart my computer several times, it finally disappears and the new page appears in the browser!!!

It's really so annoying, and I can't figure the reason, it seems like a print lift on my machine by the deleted page!!

Any help guys with this??

Forgot to mention that, when I let my brother open the page on his computer, the newly uploaded page opens normally...
    It's only on my machine!!

I have a client who when I update his page he calls me and says "It's the same old page." He has vista. However I do to and don't have that problem.

I forget what solves it for him everytime it's either shift/enter or control/enter

One of those does the trick.

It's CTRL and F5 (clear cache) with your browser open to that page. Press it a couple of times if it does not work the first time.

Ctrl + F5 does force Firefox to reload the page completely, not sure what to use for other browsers. You can get the same results by clearing your cache, history or cookies, but that can be a bit of a hassle.
