So I just hired a VA from the Philippines. She is hard working but doesn't have a lot of experience in internet marketing. I was hoping some warriors could point me toward some good VERY VERY basic IM reports that I could have her read to get started. Things like KW research, article marketing, affiliate marketing etc. Sure I could explain all of these things, but it would be so much easier for everybody if I could just have her read some good reports to understand whats going on. Thanks for any help, Rebtl |

I too am "enjoying" teaching a VA about IM. Only thing I have found to work is making camtasia screen movies for them.

yea, I am planning on doing that. I have heard that Jing is much better though (Jingproject.com) because you don't have to worry about saving the file and sending it to the, etc. You just make a quick video, Jing hosts it, and you send your VA the link. Rebtl |

I think screencast works like that also. Not sure though, I have camtasia and it works ok so I just use that.
