$6 bucks, make or break you???

Yeah, I have read it all. $6 bucks is NOTHING. For years, I had plenty of money in my account. Then, the economy took a downturn. Today, $6 bucks is more that I can afford.

How did it all go wrong? In my case, it's all about real estate. Being the #1 one top producer for years, seeing yourself dwingling into nothing, no easy task.

Behind on all the bills, it is not about $6 bucks. All you want to do, is to move forward. Yet, if nothing sells, you are toast.

Just got a call from my electric company, $90.40. If I do not pay it, no mercy. To some of you, $6 is nothing, to me, it means enough gas in my car.

I bought a piece of land, that was going to be my saviour. Still have 7 months to pay and I am flat broke. Here goes all the money. Sometimes, you get so tired, you have no idea.

On top of that, supposed to be some internet guru, go figure...My grandma used to say I had "good soil" in my pocket, I guess no more.

$27,000 out the window, no future. Better get a grip. Who is going to feed my 5 cats...

I used to eat out for lunch every day,I now brown bag it.
I should have been doing that for years.
I have a part time job just to keep up my health benefits,
the job is way beneath me but I do it.
There is plenty of gold to be mined on the internet you just have to pan
a lot harder these days.
Just look in the free ebook section on the warrior forum and you will find
plenty of gold nuggets just waiting to be picked up.

Hello, lets change this around for ya! You live near L.A., how many people are there that dont have a place to stay, and are living under a bridge? Without the possibility of power getting shut off because they dont have a house.

Mark Twain wrote a great quote "Of all of the many problems I saw in my life, only a small fraction came to be."

Focusing on a dwindling bank account, bills, starving cats will not make anything better, how could it? Use that pain to inspire yourself to envision your life how you want it to be. See it , smell it, feel it in all its greatness! Because that is the state of mind you need to be in if you want change. It's in that state that your mind will show you the way!

With your current thinking, sure it's F'ing gloomy out there and thats all you'll see. Everyones broke, no-one has money to buy a house, people don't qualify for a loan because there credits down since that haven't paid they're bills.

But what if you changed your outlook, and then you could see the other side of the token. Just because you don't have much money now, don't mean other people don't. I bet this is a great time for the successful real-estate investors. Their foaming out the mouth to buy up these houses that prices are dropping like rocks. Find a few of these clients and with your expertise of the local market, you could make lots of sales, without near the legwork.

Hope this helps, I was just trying to show ya, that if you change your perception you can turn what looks like a defeat, into a once in a lifetime opportunity!

I am in the real estate business, too, and times are tough.

I decided to do something about it last weekend...

I got up about 5am last Saturday and started building a product. I worked all day Saturday and Sunday (my wife had 3 little projects for me and I had to take about 3 hours and do those).

Produced 12 little videos and hotlinked them all back to an ebook.

Posted it on the WSO forum and earned about $850 since Monday.

ANYONE can change their situation - you just have to have the drive and determination and the want to.

YOU are good at something and YOU know how to do things that other Warriors don't/ Figure out a way to help or teach or inspire others, write it down, and then package it and sell it.

The first thing to do to change your situation is to change whats going on between your ears.

get 2500 down and tote the note on the rest.

I rather sell my body than the land, it is so ultra precious. And NO, I will not do that, lol. When you are stuck in a negative mind frame, it is not easy. Guess I better clear my mind and move positively forward. Will check out your sig but I guess it is not free.

Darn, got an RV for sale with free payments? No kidding, better wake up and smell the roses. Watching the video of Tony Robbins, Frank Kern and John Reese made me feel totally depressed.

There is totally NOTHING wrong with me so why do I feel like I do? Snap out of it is the way to go, got to get the strenght for it. Thank you guys for replying to my pathetic post.

uhhh... I think I'd sell the land NOW and improve my situation. You can always buy more land later. But there's not body's for sale on every street corner.

That video - the CERTAINTY - it works.

That's why I did the WSO. I watched the video, became certain, then put it the time and effort.

You should do the same.

Also - if you owner fianance the land and the buyer has good credit, I have investors that will buy the note and mortgage and cash you out.

Since you will owner finance it, you can get more than a cash or a normally financed sale.

Here's the scenario: Looked,looked and looked for 6 years before I finally found that dream piece of land. Where I live, it's either major upslope or downslope.

This piece of land is totally flat, used to be 3 lots, now converted to one. Sewer, water and electricity right there, couldn't be better. $2500 down would do me nothing, my monthly bills are about $3500, not living in luxury.

My car is paid for, I have no credit cards what so ever, I am very frugal, don't even go to the mall. I will probably make a sale today but the commission on a $30,000 mobile home is like nothing.

Venting on the forum is like band-aid to my soul, it actually helps, lol. Get a grip, get a grip, get a grip .
